Listening to Father Franks makes me extremely grateful to be part of an SSPX parish. How great are our priests? These are holy men fighting for the truth.
Yes! Father Franks blessed our Brown Scapulars last year. He also blessed a very elderly dog at the chapel there on that day. The dog has since died peacefully at Jo's home in N Wales. Bless you Father Franks. Praise God Amen
Dear Andrew, Thank you for this work. It is very interesting indeed. May I say- to help the work here- the words of what Father is saying are occasionally misinterperated by the computer, for example, at point 40'26'' the computer says price attempt, but Father actually says "Pius the tenth." Isn't it cute!
I totally agree on how great their knowledge is and they are so good on delivering this very important issues for us. We truly are so blessed to be a part of SSPX family. Thanks be to God!!!
As a layman going on two years with my family with the SSPX, I am beyond blessed with this series. Truly and eye opener for a Catholic trying to find truth in the tradition of Catholicism in a world of false reality.
Thank you Father Franks. I am recently learning about SSPX and when I found this series jumped at the chance to hear the teaching. I look forward to an episode each night! I appreciate every presentation and the scholarship ( and ‘heart ‘) of each priest. May God’s blessing be upon you.. and upon us all.
Yes, I know and agree but I have a lot of very important, life long friends who are these Liberals of today and each and every one has cut me off completely because I am Catholic now. They won't accept that I have changed and given up my arty-thinking and become a very traditional Catholic. I follow my husband into the great SSPX. Amen
This lecture is truly Heaven's sent. Amazing. Absolutely amazing! God bless everyone involved with the Crown of Eternal Life. May Our Lady keep you all + _Ave Maria_
Praise God for his intellectual & spiritual clarity in our SSPX faith & reasons for the modernism infiltration in the Roman Catholics! ADMIRABLY informative to my faith journey! 🥰💯💯💯💯❤🙏🙏🙏❤
Pope Francis, yes, I see what you mean... This episode was easy for me to agree with. The episodes about liberalism is harder to come around to, i guess my programming makes it difficult to vision anything else than a liberal political and social order (and the church accepting that), but I will give it more thought. So far this Chrisis in the Church series has been brilliant Thank you!
I laugh at liberalism, now, but I was actually trained in much of it a long time ago without understanding it as such. .Thank God for my enlightenment.. I pray God give me time and capacity to utilize my Faith.
Wow!!! As Andrew responded to Fr Franks' exposition on George Tyrell - "That is some heavy stuff!", to which I personally would add 'Magnificent!'. I particularly enjoyed Fr's wry smile towards the end of the Tyrell section about not commenting on Pope Francis; there really was no need; it was simply in-your-face obvious. This is Catholic education at its pre-eminent best. The whole video was a real eye-opener and I say that as someone already quite well versed in the historic phenomena under discussion. Thank you.
Always fun explaining contemporary insanity. Reality is so difficult for faithless intelligent folks that they have to make up their own... which is remarkably absurd since we haven't managed to create life -- they would say, "yet."
Terrell"s theology reminds me of the saying, "if you begin with an error it will manifest itself later to destroy your faith'. I wonder if the ecclesia dei communities realize this truth since they embraced the hermeneutic of continuity? Great talk!
Dear Mr. Morgan, Certainly there are. Do you want works from the (Modernist) authors who cooked this theory up? Or from trusted Catholic authors who critique it? The latter are more scarce. In Christ, Fr. P. Franks
Nietzsche, son of Lutheran minister, who died by his own hand: the early Christians, exemplified by St. Paul, resented their Roman and Jewish betters. They outnumbered them and were fanatical, so their herd-morality, wishful-thinking Gospel became the state religion, leading to the decline of the Roman Empire. Also, I heard the 'profound' Multiplication explanation in the 90s during an uber-NO parish homily. The purveyor thereof was defrocked during the sex-abuse scandal. Now full-time Protestant. RFGA, Ph.D.
'Do you have to be converted to Aristotle in order to convert to Christ?' was one of the questions that set them on their search. It is not all clear that you do have to be an Aristotelian to be a Christian, what then? If the Modernists lived a couple of decades later they would have encountered the revival of the Fathers. Maybe that would have given a broader scope for their search for certainty.
Tyrell was definitely among the seeds that has destroyed the Jesuits, their lack of wonder or the possibility of the creativity of God was lost in a sea of rational humanism.
Miracles ... Could be hologram manipulation by merkaba mechanics - simply open up the merkaba of the whole spacetime coordinate and insert new light codes, and a new reality will be perceived Lol I see KBL teacher repudiate JC because of the use of KBL... However these experts cannot explain the merkaba in detail 😆 .... It's always vague "chariot of god," some metaphorical reference 😂😂
I love this info, but the lies make me want to "hurl." The funny thing is that the errors are unreasonable, BUT when the tangle is snakes of interior emotional conflicts are taken into account... there is a kind of sickened sense to them. It sounds like people were svandalized and shamed for holding the Faith, and started pulling away, starting the slide in the Modern period of history (so named by the Moderns). People couldn't handle Catholicism, so they created Protestsntism. Then they couldn't handle Christendom, so the created Liberal "Western Civilization." Then they couldn't handle Family, Matrimony, extended families, Houses, clans!tribes, ethnicities and nations and created Communism and Modernism. Unbelievable madness!! Truth is stranger than fiction!
Right, St. John the teen-age fisherman somehow developed the imagination of Tolkien so as to be able create his own little literary fantasy. Gimme a break! Read George Bernanos' novellas Impostor and Joy for a chilling spiritual portrait of a priest who imbibes Renan and his modernist ilk. Then study St. Thomas' Golden Chain to see what real scriptural scholarship looks like. RFGA, Ph.D.
The is from the British Satire on Government called "Yes Prime minister" In the UK rather oddly the Prime minister bamed bishops in the Government Church the Church of England! James Hacker: Humphrey, what's a Modernist in the Church of England? Sir Humphrey Appleby: Ah, well, the word "Modernist" is code for non-believer. James Hacker: You mean an atheist? Sir Humphrey Appleby: No, Prime Minister. An atheist clergyman couldn't continue to draw his stipend. So, when they stop believing in God, they call themselves "Modernists". James Hacker: How could the Church of England suggest an atheist as Bishop of Bury St Edmunds? Sir Humphrey Appleby: Well, very easily. The Church of England is primarily a social organization, not a religious one. James Hacker: Is it? Sir Humphrey Appleby: Oh yes. It's part of the rich social fabric of this country. So bishops need to be the sorts of chaps who speak properly and know which knife and fork to use. The sort of people one can look up to.
Jesus in the book of John was asking his disciples to believe the unbelievable in the body and bood verses There is no way to figure out how this could be true, and without the grace you cannot believe it, I think. So Christianity is not a religion that you can sit down and figure out and make sense of it on your own
Timothy 4:3 Giving heed to seducing spirits, and doctrines of devils; 2.. 3. Forbidding to marry, Mathew 23:9 And call no man your father upon the earth: for one is your Father, which is in heaven.1 Timothy 2:5 For there is one God, and one mediator between God and men, the man Christ Jesus. For by grace are ye saved through faith; and that not of yourselves: it is the gift of God: 9Not of works, lest any man should boast.
I am catholic and | believe everything that it teaches, but as you know millions of muslims believe a lie and have for a long time. So just to say that something happened to make Jesus believable, does not take into effect, that God gave the the grace through the Holy Spirit for people to believe, but why the muslims believe the lie, I have no idea

Pretty great I'd have to say but very well read and convincing of the faith.

Fr Franks is so excellent!
What a fantastic podcast! how in the world did anyone "thumbs down" it?
What a blessing this series is. Thank you Fr. Franks, and thank you Andrew.
Fr Franks comes across incredibly blessed by the spirit of truth
My whole life I have been told lies. Thank you Father, I finally learn the thruth thanks to God's grace and the Fsspx! This series is awesome.

I enjoy listening to Fr. Frank's. I hope he will visit the SSPX seminary in Buckingham County VA. It would great to meet and hear him speak at a mass.
Feel sorry for those poor souls trapped inside themselves. The subjectivists. How lonely that must be.

Thank you Fr. Franks!!!
Father, you are an incredible teacher.
He has become one of my favorite Priests!
Great lecture.
I enjoy listening to Fr. Paul Franks. Hope to see more of him in the future!
I pray that there will be more SSPX parishes in Manila. For now there is only one for a wide city of almost 20 million people.
We all, worldwide, must pray daily for ever more SSPX seminarians and priests. They truly are good and holy shepherds for the faithful. 🙏🏻
@@theresapalumbo674 We are! In our daily Rosary.
WOW so educational!! Especially the end WOW some things never end do they? Thank you for this!!!
This lecture is truly Heaven's sent. Amazing. Absolutely amazing!

Very clear. Excellent!
Thank you
Fr Franks is an amazing Priest
Impressive lesson, quite dense but really clarifying. Thank you very much
Deo gratias, quia Pater Franks.

It’s unbelievable what they’ve done to the Catholic church With modernism ;(
Yes, indeed. The Devil is well, very much alive, and hard-working around the clock...
God bless you, Angela +

Fascinatiing insight into priest discipline. Modern priests are being bulldozed around by their bishops
In this episode Fr. Franks referred to a merging of the Petrine and Pauline sects. Are there any works that delve into this deeper? Thank you.

The church fathers we're influenced by Neoplatonism and Plotinus and aristolean syylogisms.

reality or realism we can use isn't it Idealism we have to avoid? as long as we have natural law and divine Gods laws?
Being relaxed tommorow to school? No just listen some english-speaking Priest despite you are from Poland and understand around 90%.

15:30 Fr Doug from Michigan, Novus Ordo, also told this at Mass 🫢😖 This was my beginning of my leaving. I left the Novus Ordo
