My company (Canadian, not MNC) goes one step further. During summer months, all Fridays are half day only (fully paid) and I dont even have phone number of anybody in my team. Of course, the key difference is that everyone works fully dedicated during office hours and no roaming around the office/go on random breaks.
Definitely working culture in Canada 🇨🇦 and USA 🇺🇸 is totally different. All the managers are down to earth though they have to as per companies policy. And there is no age discrimination. And I am working with 24 years old up to 75 years old of my colleagues. I am very much happy here in USA 🇺🇸
This is a very good video! Absolutely spot on! Even in the US the culture exactly the same! Probably thats what brings completely different peace of mind and happiness. Thanks guys.
It seems that the availability of private rooms during baby delivery and after can vary among provinces. Perhaps because of the fewer people, every mother in Saskatchewan gets a private room, irrespective of insurance coverage. The kitchens are full of decent food. Mother and guest have 24-hour access to the kitchen. Something to consider when choosing between bigger and smaller cities.
Harmeet ji what about healthcare settings work culture? If u have any known from health secter please provide some guidance regarding work life balance please 😊😊
According, to my experience it was good as per timming but inside politics from our seniors is worst thing i have faced because as team management we dont issues but yes they do create for us ...due to which i left this place
In India one of my manager expected me to login at 10 am although my working hours started at 12:00 noon....also multiple times i had to join morning nd evening calla...till 11:30 or 12 pm at night...and i had 2 kids...it was not at all a healthy environment
@CanadaCoupleVlogs I don't know where in "Indian work culture", it is commonly used. Appraisal & raises/increment/hikes are two completely different things. It may be your experience that it is used in that manner, and I respect that, but I haven't heard it used in the manner used here. Generlisation of "Indian work culture" is best avoided.
Great Video. But this touches the tech companies. i would suggest that you guys touch on other industries like banking and insurance which employs lot of people
Hi, can you give idea on how much one can earn in podcast on UA-cam? im not asking specifically your earning but in general. For fairly newly monitized channel.

It’s better than India for healthcare workers
According, to my experience it was good as per timming but inside politics from our seniors is worst thing i have faced because as team management we dont issues but yes they do create for us ...due to which i left this place
NOC code and employment opportunities are not in accordance with qualifications and work experience. it differs in one province to other.
Can u share abt women safety in general in Canada....if someone is from healthcare profession is it safe to travel alone at night and work at night
In India one of my manager expected me to login at 10 am although my working hours started at 12:00 noon....also multiple times i had to join morning nd evening calla...till 11:30 or 12 pm at night...and i had 2 kids...it was not at all a healthy environment
Sorry to hear that. How about in Canada? Is it better here?

Appraisal? Seems to be referring to increments/hikes.
Yes in Indian work culture “appraisal” word is commonly used

Sir what's is the Notice period in canada where as in India company say you have to stay for 3 months
One Week If you’re feeling Generous 🙂↔️
Its 1 or 2 week only
I have worked in insurance CO’s for 20+ years and some things don’t align. We do have frequent late night parties, etc etc and weekend events
All depends on the company culture
These guys have two channels , one is for coming to Canada
Second is leaving Canada😅
