    BusttheNet are always interesting on FM !!! Thank you for that. Now, on training, i am not agree with you for all. It would be very to explain, and my native language is "French" and my "English" is pretty bad. I go to try "short". I divide my training with 6 categories:
    Pre-season with specific physics + general specificity (defense/offensive/tactic) to recover lost points.
    Training bonus cohesion with high cohesion slots during the last month of each mercato.
    During the season I agree on evolution and tactical bonuses by keeping 6 rest slots (match day included), and considering the "physical recovery" as 1/2 rest slot.
    Training bonus technique during 1 week, with 1 general specific + 2 speficic similar every days. (1 day of rest + 1 tactical blue only + 1 defense + 1 offensive + last day with physical recovery, tactical preparation, presentation match).
    Tactical bonus training for 1 week, with each slot giving bonuses for the match day (available for 2 weeks) + general physical associated with team spirit and physical recovery + 1 rest day + same last day.
    During the international truces I direct the training on the maintenance of the physical form filling the whole week, but with the objective which remains the least stressful possible with specific training, without rest, but with the maximum physiotherapy slots and training matches slots.
    Finally, I also make a week of moral bonus training, only used on demand, if the overall morale of the players has fallen too low, to give a big moral boost and keep effective talks on match day.
    The result is really excellent. For the weeks with 2 matches days, I try to keep to 8-9 rest slots (included rest slot on match day). I keep my priority on the tactical bonus, and I compact the technical sessions with specific blue general slots only (Tactical/Defense/Offensive).
    My English being really horrible, I prefer not to say more. And I would have to write a novel to explain in detail why I chose each element and why I organize them in a specific order to allow to work well all that it needs frequently enough, while protecting the physique of the players. See you, man !! I hope my post give you something ;) !!!

    • @BusttheNet
      @BusttheNet  3 роки тому +1

      I kind of understood what u were saying. You still use general slots which is fine. No one said it’s wrong, that is why different approaches can work. The most important thing is this: if you choose position training it’s generic. If you choose role training it’s specific. When people choose generic training their schedules need to be accurate. But hey, training has been made to work in so many ways. My schedules from last year are still producing a lot of growth. Most important thing is rotation, rest and ratings.

    • @paulfaure6210
      @paulfaure6210 3 роки тому +1

      @@BusttheNet It is true that I was a little quick in my post. But there is so much to say on this subject. Regarding the week of technical training during the season, I was too succinct. For example, on a technical day for defense, I use 1 generic slot "defense", and 2 specifics defensives slots (purple). The goal is to allow all players to retain their attributes, and allow the defense group to strengthen its own. I noticed that if you don’t do it like that, there is a loss of attributes in time for the "attack" group. Similary, I propose the "offensive" day the next day on the same scheme. The training is not too hard and each group progresses especially in its field, without losing in its weak field. I also avoid using training "General". It creates such a high risk of injury that it requires additional physical recovery. On the other hand, the defensive midfield needs to be very complete. It is the philosophy "Deschamps", philosophy of French football, a football "total". The training I shared with you is influenced by my preferred tactical philosophy. But I completely agree on the principle that if I wanted to use an "Italian catenaccio", "English counterattack", or "Spanish possession", I would orient my training differently, to make players excel in the right attributes. It’s a pleasure to talk to you. I’m so sorry we can’t talk about it in my native language. It would be more rewarding for both of us. It would be more enriching to share our experiences with more details, with more finesses. ;)

    I'm not fluent in english so I want to confirm that I understand: an example, defending with pressure works 'anticipation' and 'positioning', but 'defensive corner' works the same attributes. If I choose to train defensive corner will I have the same results as defending with pressure?

    Might as well ask it here. In FM 20, how do I get my wingers to cross? Like seriously. They will take a shot from impossible angle (even with shot less often instruction) instead of crossing to a player in a goal scoring position. It actually ruins a game for me. Any tips on how to fix this?

    • @BusttheNet
      @BusttheNet  3 роки тому

      They need options to cross, if a winger is on his own he will try and beat the player and do the cross. If he has no options he will go for that option or fail and get a corner. If you want crosses to be delivered regularly then he needs a passing option. So a fullback or a wingback that is high up the pitch and supporting him too. Then you have the unique combinations that almost see every cross completed = WB/WM is one of them.

    • @baky582
      @baky582 3 роки тому

      @@BusttheNet Sorry, I misspoke here. I meant he does not pass and shoots instead. The rest of the message is correct. He will shoot from impossible angle, instead of passing to a player in a clear goalscoring chance. So I guess this is a different problem entirely.
