Thanks so much for watching! dont forget to like, subscribe, comment and share! I will see yall soon!!!!
I got one today newer to the rc world got a rustler and upgraded it to brushless and my buddy got a vxl 4x4 and I liked it a lot well my hobby shop ran out and got this and mine goes by my buddys 4x4 on 3s and my hanging is so much better I'm very impressed
Inferno has always been the king of buggies. Durable af too.
Awesome video bro! Killer buggy as Kyosho makes some amazing RC’s
Also love the radio one of the best from a RTR.
Thank you Joe!! I definitely agree with you on all accounts!
Great "unboxing" dude haha, Glad I went with this buggy over other choices I had in mind, watched this video several times before buying one. your video definitely helped Thanks!. Like many others I got back into RCs after a longhiatus and this is a great buggy to get one started esp at the track - which I enjoy driving at. Tough buggy for sure! after several cartwheels and crashes i surprisingly only bent the front shock stays before i broke anything else (which I havent yet, knock on wood). A necessary upgrade (or addition) IMO are anti roll bars - which do not come stock. Tires hook up awesome especially on grass. Cheers dude!
Thanks for watching and im glad that you're enjoying it!! The Neo is a fantastic buggy, capable of doing so much!
The front shock stay of the Inferno Neo 3.0 VE is one of the weakest parts.... I bent it 3 times and ended up looking for a hard front shock stay on eBay. Another update I recommend is to add spider gears to all the diffs: out of the box there are only 2 spider gears in each diffs which is suboptimal.
But definitely a great car to come to RC after many years and definitely a good one to get back on the track!
I have the older 2.0 converted to ve , iv installed the steel diff's from the ST as well as the extra internal diff gears in all 3 diff's and sum good fluids , best Rc iv had ,one tough Rc for sure
Awesome!!! Sounds like a you've had a lot of fun with yours!
@@FreshSqueezedRC I definitely have , enjoy your beast!!
You must be the only person I know that's done a similar thing to me,I used some mp777 sp2 parts and used mp9 gears x4 in all the diffs ,on 6s and it's amazing I like it more than my kraton
Great overview and review. Subscribed 🙂👍🏻
Such a solid rig ! Kyosho is the leader in quality, precision and performance! Looking forward to seeing some tuning
Thank you for watching brotha. I must say I cannot argue with you! Once its tuned.....the difference will be substantial!!
This is basicly downgrade from 1st gen. very disappointed
I'm undecided between this and the arrma Typhon 6s
Have you made a decision yet? I'm also undecided between the 2.
I liked reading this review on the Kyosho www.hobbytown.com/kyosho-neo-3.0-ve-type1-readyset-1-8-off-road-buggy-green-kyo34108t1/p1127018
Nice I can’t wait to get me one I’ve been waiting for this buggy to be released I love my mp9 evo thanks for the close ups.
Thanks for watching! It's been really great so far!
Just bought this on Friday. I love it. The speed of 34 mph was a bit disappointing considering its 4s. But I did learn that upgrading the pinion gear will improve speed. Great video.
Great unboxing man. That buggy is sweet. Great video man👍👍
Thanks for checking it out brother!
this is between the lossi 8eight rtr and the arrma typon good on tracks and good on bashing too i am thinking about to buying this one
A couple years back when you reviewed this I went ahead and bought The inferno 9 I don't beat my stuff up too much so my car was still in real good shape it recently got stolen. I like you and the kyosho fan but they also have the serpent xr8 on sale costing about the same price the kyosho seems to be a bit better made have you had any experience with the serpent I wasn't going to buy another inferno 9. I don't have the cash I had back then I'm suffering from cancer so not a lot of income but I still love my hobby and I'm trying to get the best buggy for my money
They should of called it the kyosho InferNEO lol. I've had my eye on this one for a while! Great review and I subbed! 🤙👊🍻👌
I appreciate your support!! Thanks for watching!
@@FreshSqueezedRC Hey bud how would you compare this to a arrma typhon 6s? I'm just curious cause I was planning on getting that one but I definitely like the look of this kyosho. Do you think the kyosho might be better? And are parts easy to get for the kyosho? I don't own any kyosho yet but have had a eye on this buggy as it looks so mean! Any thoughts on comparing the 2? If you're familiar with the 6s typhon. Thanks
@@cwatson42785 id take this over a typhon any day. The arrma cars are heavy. If you are dead set on 6s, you could at some point swap an esc in and have that power too. But i can tell you with just a gearing change the neo is as fast as you can really use. The Neo also has a wider track, so it will absolutely handle better.
Parts are very available from Kyosho America (California) and Very affordable. Kyosho offers Factory upgrades as well.
love the vids, but please get some mic to have on ur shirt! you get a warehouse effect without :)
I just ordered mine today 10% off black Friday a main hobbies 😄😄😄😄😄😄
I'm seeing lots of phillips head hardware?! Is the underside of the chassis using hex or phillips?? Cheers
#FreshSqueezedRC - Thanks for the review, I am into bashing and street racing with my ARRMA Infraction but I want to get affordable truggy since there is a new RC Facility opens up 30 minutes from my house in the Tampa Area!! Anyhow Is this little brother of the Kyosho KYO34111 Inferno MP9e Evo V2? Also, how do you like it on a track?
Do you have a long term update on this buggy? Im looking to get my first 1/8 buggy and needing something affordable for outdoor track racing
Got mine in today from your awesome test drive and review sealed the deal do you plan on trying different motors with the factory esc that comes with it😁😁😁😁😁
To be honest....not likely. Since these videos ive added a larger pinion gear and done the center diff and it is plenty fast. It has enough wheel speed to be able to correct pitch in the air and probably runs mid 50s now. Which is all I need. I appreciate you checking the review out! Thanks for all of your support!
@@FreshSqueezedRClarger pinion and diff work right on brother
@@FreshSqueezedRC Any chance you can do a video of these changes? I just ordered one, was bouncing between this, and the Typhon 3s/6s, and the Tenacity DB Pro. Wanting to race, as well as bash I felt the Kyosho was a perfect starter platform.
@@currentlypsd the Kyosho is definitely going to be the absolute best platform to not only start racing, but also for bashing! I will definitely put up a video on the updates very soon!
Thanks for making this video. What's your view on this compared to an Arrma Tyhon 6s? in the UK there's only about £30/40 difference between them. I was in my hobby shop the other day comparing the two (but not driving) and I was thinking the Aarma is the one for me, but they both seemed to be super high quality.
AWSOME Brother 🥰🥰🥰
Thank you for watching brother!! Much appreciated!
Just getting back into it or thinking about it anyway after 10 years away always wanted a Kyosho. Would you get this or the MP9 Evo mostly just for playing around also money would be no concern on the price
For wich one did you go? I'm trying to see wich one is better..
Seems like one cool buggy. What type of battery connectors are we looking at?
Wats difference between mp10 and mp9?
Loving the MX nobbies lugged out where did you get yours from only nitro on the major web companies😊😊😊
They should be available for purchase very soon!
Ni nice review, is the spur metal sour?
I sent you a question about this a long time ago I ended up buying the mp9e well it recently got stolen it was still in very good shape I don't beat on my stuff. I didn't know if I wanted to buy another MP9 or just get this one to save some money do you know if the MP9 shocks can eventually be put on this model? How long did you have this model and did the shocks hold up without leaking or breaking or any other major breaks the whole time you had it. Also I don't race or bash I mean that kind of bass but no crazy jumping or anything
Winner best unboxing hahaha
Is probably also waterproof
Kyosho is No1
Hi, nice vid, how much mph this car do?
Out of the box about 45. Just a slight gearing change increases that dramatically
Thanks for your response 👍
@@hauntingshadow1451 Thank you for watching!!!!
Where can I find one of these buggies in the UK? I really want one
Can you get a cab forward body for these? I'm not keen on this body style.
I do not believe so.
yo fresh squeezed! i need your help.
should i get a neo 3.0 ve or a kyosho inferno mp9e evo readyset? is the evo worth the extra $$$? (its basically a even better mp9e tki)
and also i have a question. about how fast is your mp9e tki stock out of the box on 4s?
Are you racing competitively or bashing?
@@FreshSqueezedRC eh... neither. i drive my rcs on road and on some loose dirt really fast. i dont really "bash". and i also wanna know the speed for the mp9e evo rtr cuz it looks fast but what if its not
i also drive on gravel
@@Kevin-666 it get the neo and gear it up. You'll have all the speed you need bro
I'm trying to decide between this and the new team corally radix6.....I can't decide lol
So what did you get?🤔
@@sergioh2015 Radix6 and couldn't be happier. It's my 3rd team corally and love them. Got the sketer, punisher and radix. I'd be careful buying a kyosho as part availability is really scarce. I have the madvan v2 and parts aren't always readily available. If you're choosing between the 2 grab the radix for sure
@@cwatson42785 cool Thanks! Yeah I got a miniz and parts for those are hard to get too lol
@@sergioh2015 Lol yeah I hear that. I actually just posted my madvan for sale as I really do like it but part support just isn't there. Even these buggies are hard to find to be able to buy. But yeah definitely look into the team corallys. They have the best stock electronics imo and the new versions are pretty tough. I think they are coming out with new updated 2022 models very soon. Good luck Sergio and keep me posted If you end up grabbing one! 👊🍻
Is this race-ready?
no
can you run a 3s lipo on it?
Sure you can
@@FreshSqueezedRC could you also run 2s or is that too little
@@YEET-qw1kq yes I have run 2S lipo on my 1/8 Kyosho. it's good for a new driver or kid. Only thing that would stop you is the ESC, but most of them do 2S
What battery would you suggest using
@@patrickmanness 4s 5000 mah
Why are these buggy’s so cheap compared to others kyosha is like $650 AUD and the arrma typhon $1000 AUD
Cheap isn't the right word, think "affordable" Kyosho has been around a long time and this was a way to introduce people to the buggy market, at a lower price point. If you look at the specs, it becomes pretty clear. Things like using basic aluminum towers, plastic body shocks etc
I just bought one and the brakes aren’t that good
So just adjust them. The esc is fully programmable. Its a hobbywing
This is absurd, i had 1st gen VE, it had anti-roll bar, better transmitter, mudplates. Now they selling downgraded model!!! as kyosho fan, this makes me to look somewhere else..
What inferno ve do u have the one with the white body the first one u mean ?
@@user-rp8zv8nl6n my bad i had inferno VE race spec that was kinda hopped up
@@murdoua1 yeap the race spec was kinda little better from the first ..when u say mudplates what d u mean ?
@@user-rp8zv8nl6n Mud guards at back arms that protects dogbones from dirt thrown by front tires
I understand..do u know if I can also install to mine this mudplates
