I like the format, but I feel like there needs to be some sort of clear limit on how long someone can stall before answering after hitting the buzzer. It seems like some of the folks hit the button really fast then spend quite a bit "umm"-ing until they either get part of the answer or the other person gets fed up. The other person usually looks mildly annoyed by that point, too, since the other person clearly hit the buzzer without having a firm grasp on the answer.
