Laura, your granny has three lives ahead of you, that's why Nonna does not need measurements, the experience in everything to be a master. Nonna is lovely!!!

Hey Laura, I did this Apple cake two days ago. I added some raisin and it was great. My friends asked me for the receipt. It is really good and taste delicious, the cake is moisture and the balance and not too sweet, just the right measure of sweetness.
Just made this today, and I am ADDICTED! Such an amazing recipe! Wish I had the talent to come up with such a delicious product just by eye, taste and smell.
So I have recently started my own venture in baking and I love this video! Your grandmother is so beautiful and tell her a stranger said "Thank you for showing your amazing skills in the kitchen!" Thanks for sharing Laura!

Aww your nonna is so adorable, she reminds me of my beloved nonna. That cake looks fantastic. My mum makes the same cake and your right it's so moist and delicious and even if you don't like alcohol, I think it's a must in this recipe as it brings it to a new level and keeps it moist too. My mum adds a little sour cream to the cake also to maintain the moistness but overall it's exactly the same. Thank you to your nonna and yourself for sharing this with us. Yum.
I absolutely loved watching this, it did bring tears to my eyes, as I remember cooking with my grandmama, and she was the same way, she never measured a thing and it always came out the same every time. BTW, she too would of had my head if I left anything in the bowl. Again, thank you so much for sharing.
I love it when you do Italian recipes with your Nonna, as for me as an European they seems more familiar and instantly remind me of my childhood and how my own grandma used to bake cakes :)
Your family seem so sweet. Thank you for sharing this recipe. It's a huge portion for just me and my husband so hopefully over time I'll figure out how to make a smaller batch x
