Do you find that you can lift more with high bar squats than ssb squats? If I can do an ssb squat with 360 lbs, do you think my high bar would be more than that?

@@DamienPezzuti No sleeves, no belt, no wraps, no gear. Either you can squat it or you can't. Only thing I wear is a lift. And SLEEVES do the same function as wraps (subjectively not as well).
Sleeves do not do the same function as wraps. Not. Even. Close. The entire squat movement/technique is completely different in sleeves vs. wraps. Quit while you’re already behind. You’re making yourself come across as jealous and uneducated with each post. Do not come onto my page and try and diminish the accomplishment and strength of this woman. And yes, they have seperate functions but the goal is to help you squat. While sleeves do have compression applications and can assist in recovery, they also assist in deceleration towards the bottom and acceleration out of it. But you already knew that.
My issue with you is your complete arrogance and ignorance towards this woman because she wears a belt and sleeves. It’s a garbage mindset, dude. I’ve squatted 750lbs without a belt and sleeves - yet you will never, ever hear me act ignorant towards lifters who choose to wear a belt and sleeves. Her wearing a belt and sleeves in no way diminishes her accomplishment and strength. For you to act like it does is what I have a major problem with. And again, do not ever compare sleeves vs. wraps. They are literally two completely different styles of squatting.
Despite not visually being atg, I think that atg is a relative term dependent on femur and hip anthropometry
She grinded through those for sure, I didn’t think she would get to 7 after the first 4 but she did. Solid work!

I just hit 225 recently and im grinding for that 300 lbs cant wait for that
