- Worth the watch! Check out the last 4 laps leading to an Epic finish of our 2022 iRacing Daytona 24 Hour endurance race! I'll be sad if this does not make the iRacing Top 10 list! What an amazing finish after 24 hours of racing! Technical issues overnight screwed up our pit strategy which required that we pit for a splash of fuel with four laps remaining. We exited pit road with less than a 1 second lead and 4 laps to the finish!
The Triple Sim Racing team battled hard and did an absolute amazing job! I'm so proud of the guys! Sadly, we finished P2, two hundredths of a second behind at the checkered flag. A big congrats to Driven Motorsports for getting P1!

iRacing Daytona 24HR Special Event. This was 24-hour team endurance special event. This is multi class racing at the world-famous Daytona International Speedway Road Course! There were two classes of cars. Dallara P217 LMP2 prototype race cars and GT3 race cars. Dallara is the only car manufacturer in the prototype class. The GT3 class includes the Ferrari 488 GT3 EVO, BMW M3 GT3, Porsche 911 GT3 R, Lamborghini Huracan GT3 Evo, Audi R8 LMS GT3, McLaren MP4--12C GT3, and the Mercedes AMG GT3. Each class will be competing for class wins and the LMP2 prototype class will be competing for an overall win.
We raced the Dallara P217 LMP2 with Triple Sim Racing. We were competing for a class win and an overall win.

My current sim racing setup is a Trak Racer TR80 sim racing cockpit with Thustmaster T500RS wheel and Fanatec Clubsport V3 Pedals. I'm currently using the Thrustmaster Ferrari 599xx Evo Wheel. I have a Viotek 34" Ultrawide Gaming Monitor mounted directly to my Trak Racer TR80. I primarily race iRacing and occasionally Assetto Corsa Competizione.
