YEah - I am an IDIOT and now I feel even MORE stupid for Calling out Centerline - when this was all on me - I know better than saying something negative - nothing good ever comes from it - that is TOTALLY on me - check out the channel - I posted a humble apology for MY mistake.

Interesting. I always order the Redline oil change kit for my QV from Centerline and the washer is always attached to the side of the oil filter box in the little pouch with the Centerline oil change date/reminder sticker for your windshield (which I see attached to your oil filter box). Are you sure the washer isn't in that pouch behind the oil change reminder window sticker? That's where mine usually is.
it was there - I posted an apology for the error of my ways - I know better than going negative in a post / message - that was stupid - and totally my error.
actually on the QV doesn't - it is a FLOW THROUGH drain plug (you can see it in the video) and an o-ring washer would not seat and could block crtical oil flow to the engine. It's a banjo center type plug.
I am talking about this part shop.alfissimo.com/home/1686-4c-genuine-sump-plug-washer-with-rubber-insert.html Not sure if that is what was taped to the box, but that is what the QV uses.
I purchased an $86k 2023 Giulia Quadrifoglio in Ocra Gt color with carbon seat and roof Car started to give me all kinds of electrical problems and lose of power at 2900 miles and is been at a south Florida dealer for 3 weeks and not even Alfa Romeo knows what’s wrong Worst purchase I have ever made Lemon law next
Have you tried putting it on a battery tender. I have a 2017 qv and had issues due to a low battery. Once I put it on a tender (specifically the maserati/ alfa branded tender) ll my issues cleared l.
I was in love with my Giulia and Alfa Romeo as a brand, however, I will never again buy/recommend another Alfa Romeo in my life. I had the brake by wire system fail on me and it caused me to crash and total the car. They sent someone from Bosch to diagnose the vehicle and in the charts it clearly showed that something malfunctioned (brakes were slammed 2 seconds before the impact at 40 MPH and it took more than 1.5 seconds for the speed to start going down.) Stellantis told me that they were not going to take responsibility for it and that I needed to have my insurance pay for the vehicle. Absolute garbage. I will never recommend this car brand to anyone again! Buy an AUDI, BMW or Mercedes instead!!!
This Aaron guy is a clown and fraud. Ignore him. This never happened.. He posts this all day everywhere. He wishes he could own such an amazing vehicle..
@@fatgoose8983 Don't listen to this fatgoose person everyone. He stalks my posts all of the time. He wishes he owned an alfa, and is jealous that I had one and am talking bad about the car he so desperately wants to have. Sorry bud. You can't have everything you want in life. Good day.
Thanks! This has been immensely helpful.
@@AlisonCassidy thank you :)
Thanks for the video, I've been contemplating doing my own oil changes! BTW, I can see your washer attached to the side of the filter box at 15:09

The drain plug uses an o-ring type seal instead of the copper washer. Have the vendor send you one for next oil change.

The car has been at Miami USA dealer for 4 moths now. Dealer has been unable to get it running after replacing 2 ECU’s.
