Please do tell. This is a trade/ art/ task that is done by a dying breed. We who are trying to learn and keep it alive need all the info we can get. Even if it is just trivial or minimal this info needs to be repeated.
Nothing says "I AM A TWAT!" more than cutting one handed with no eye protection while acting like a TOTAL TWAT for the camera than what we see at 1:41 Which by pure coincidence is where i switched off!
You can get them on ebay also harbor freight. I used an axle bearing from a 9" ford rear end and a radius self center bearing I got from tractor supply.
about 70$ for the wheels bought used on ebay usa, 25 Euros of stock metal for the cylindrical raiser (the one we worked on the lathe, had to buy a full meter of it) and the rest of the metal was scrap from a construction site.
Hey Punznies :) i wrote, played most instruments and sang all the songs in the series. The one in particular you speak of is called "Sign" I'll hopefully be able to release the album soon
Hi Guys, good idea.....but it would be much better to spend a little bit extra money for a heavier and stronger frame. I ve seen a lot of commercial english wheels, they all heavier built .....for some good reason. Hope you understand my comment right, not as a negative statement. ; -) Best
you can still do it man!!! For the lathe you can have that piston done by a machine shop, i’m sure you can find one in your area, even those people that bore motorcycle cylinders. The stuff I did on the CNC you can do by hand with a drill and a file (and a lot of patience). Everything else is straight up welding and measuring. Look into it and you’ll see that is simpler than it looks 😊

Custom Cez Fai Da Te Thanks. One question: round tube offers much greater twist stability than square tube - according to a mechanical engineer friend so why are these not made of the more twist resistant round tubes.
It’s very hard to work with round stock and it’s much harder to keep thinks square, the walls of this square tube is quite thick and plenty strong for this project.
nice build, but geez i cringed when you hand held the piece in the drill press. cant tell you enough to clamp your work down instead of doing that. idk how many times ive watched guys do that then the piece busts their fingers or rips flesh off. shop safety is real fellas.
Thanks for the demo... I'm gonna build one... but please tone down this insane and loud music or take it out entirely. It's such a put off! It ruined your video.
A fine thread 6000 lb. trailer jack worked well for my anvil adjustment. Nice job !!
Complimenti! Sei davvero forte!!! Un Mito!!!
Very good creation this video
best tool ever invented speed square used one for years , as being a roofer you can also use it as a level, English wheel is also a great tool
I could point out a couple of things my metalwork teacher would chop my hands off for doing, but i won't. Excellent video guys.
Hahah, i’m pretty sure I know what they are 😉 thank you very much man!

Nothing says "I AM A TWAT!" more than cutting one handed with no eye protection while acting like a TOTAL TWAT for the camera than what we see at 1:41
Which by pure coincidence is where i switched off!
Would love to know where you sourced the anvil and rolls from?
You can get them on ebay also harbor freight. I used an axle bearing from a 9" ford rear end and a radius self center bearing I got from tractor supply.
Why not you did the anvils,it 's the most difficult part to do !
Great work you guys - and a great video! Where did you get the wheels?
Thanks Scott :) I bought them on ebay in the United States, used for 60$
onde emcontro uma roldana grande assim
Nice work and good explanation thanks. I wonder which electrodes did you use; rutile or CaF2?
Thank you very much :) I don't know about the electrodes cause by now the box has run out. I had my buddy pick them up
Thank you for reply. :)
What's the first songs name?
where to get the wheel at?
did he ever say where he got the wheels
What was the overall cost of the project?
about 70$ for the wheels bought used on ebay usa, 25 Euros of stock metal for the cylindrical raiser (the one we worked on the lathe, had to buy a full meter of it) and the rest of the metal was scrap from a construction site.
muy bueno
Great video guys, please make more DIY
PS: who's the woman in the poster at the back lmao
Coustom Cez give me title of music from 0 to 3.12 and who sing it?

Harbor freight English wheel 230 dollars,,,others selling same one for 600,,,love mine,,
Always wanted English wheel, but they're too expensive.
John, just get a set of wheels from ebay and build your own frame :)
Not,if you do it "
That's actually easier then it looks if you buy the wheels instead of making them yourself
Well done yer saved $500
👍👍👍👍👍
did you buy the die wheels or make them?
Jay Greig those are pretty easy to do on a lathe
Yes, now all I need is a lathe...

Io l’ho prese sull’ebay americano. In italia non si trovano
La smerigliatrice va usata con la protezione!

The video is great but then you had to go and spoil it with krap music
I wrote and performed all the music for the show and the general consensus is that is good. Sorry you didn’t like it
The comments were going good till the music bitch showed up. There is one in every thread.
Diy Motorhous let me guess , you want poofter music ?
great vid for those who allways wonderd how... but just dont have the tools you have at hand... :/

Knew there had to be a catch. Mill, lathe, DRO, none of which I have in my garage.
