I'm excited to see you guys having French Fried with Thai Green Curry. I might give it a try. Unfortunately, you missed a variety of dipping sauces with a hot pot (aka "Moo Krata" in Thai). It will make the better taste 2-3 times more delicious, trust me.

Thai tip for this kind of buffet: 1. Put piece of pork fat that the top of the grill at the start as it will oil the whole pan and you will have less brunt part stick on the grill. 2. Use extra pair of chopstick to pick up raw pork and chicken to the grill, just for sanitary . I cant belive you try to eat crab's gills , crab are quite hard to eat tho.

I'm 35 now and would love to go back soon 😭🙏🏾 and I'm so glad to see happy faces from around the world enjoying my birth land 😊 Guys, next time when you have this Moo Kla Tah again concerning about cross contamination of the raw meat, you can always dip your chop-stick in the soup around it to sterile - also, you can always put the meat in the soup as well 😘
Hello, the rules of eating buffet in Thailand are to take only enough food to finish, do not take too much and you will be fined if you do not finish it, pork fat is used to lubricate the meat to prevent it from sticking to the pot and you must add soup to prevent it from drying out.❤
