Thank you, I've been journal writing since I was 10, but when I switched to visual journaling 9 years ago I found that I could go much much deeper. Much of what I do is on a subconscious level, it's only after I watch myself, as I edit these videos, that I see what I'm doing. As for the paper bag video, I don't think I have one, but I found a whole bunch of them by searching for "art journal from paper grocery bag" on UA-cam. Long time journaling, I started consistently in 2019 - October if memory serves me well - and most days I manage to put in an 'art page' as well. Not heavy depth, but something 😊
