I have been there... 🙏 It was such an amazing concert... Stuart will never be forgotten ❤️
Thank you for posting this video - there’s not nearly enough Big Country on the innarwebz. Thank you, thank you, thank you!!! 👍🏼🤘🏼🔥❤️❤️❤️
Stuart was a King of Emotion. Gone but not forgotten. RIP ❤
the solo on Wonderland...
...what a f.....‘ grenade🤩
a very special gig! 👌🏻
Dennis von der Au Wonderland is my fave BC song, especially the live versions. Stuart’s guitar solos were amazing. If you haven’t seen it already check out the CC Country Club Convention version ❤️
Awesome .... simply awesome - I love this so much - Stuart you are sorely missed - RIP!!!
Never tire of these guys. So underrated. Miss you Stuart
Here you go: one of the best live band ever!
I grew up w/ that sound in my ear and I still have goosebumbs now...
RIP Stuart
Thank you for this video!!!! Stuart is my favourite rock singer.
Thanks for this wonderful gig BC i Bonn, i wish i was there!I listen often on your soo god and timeless music, the gives soo much positive energy :-)I miss you Stuart!
i am a working man..i feel the winter too. thanx all involved.
One of the best live bands ever, hands down!! Wish I could turn back time and see them with Stuart up front... Just once...
me too! i never had the "chance".
Lisa Knell. I couldn't, agree more. Makes me feel good to hear their music.
I saw BC with stuart 27 times and met the great man and talked for over an hour best moment of my life to meet my hero STEVE IN BERLIN
Those fans got an A1 performance ! Top notch gig by one of the most underrated music groups to come out of the 80's. Stuart really shined that night, especially during Winter Sky. 13 Valleys and Peace in our time just Stuart and the audience = brilliant.
1 hour 8 mins - so good to hear "Leap of Faith" again - cheers !
Obrigado por essa postagem...Big Country é um dos melhores dos anos 80, fantástico.
Big Country always gave there all live ..in all my time seeing them Live never once did i leave a Gig without a smile and a good sweat and half canned .god i miss them days
Cool!
Me too. Not a care in the world..
Especially at the barras
Bruce is killin it!
Long live Big Country! What a great crowd, it brings out the best in Stuart and the band.
I was there and I was young !! What a great band!
available on DVD "AT Rockpalast" together with the Essen show 1986, unforgettable, wish to make a journey in the past.........
Miss Stuart Adamson so much!!!
It's not BC without Stu, but it's also not without Mark, one of the great drummers ever.
Germany has done such a lot to enable British musicians to make a living out of rock by playing live to appreciative fans. It might be time to say 'thanks'.
Just found this. i miss Stuart, and the guys in Big Country. i shall be digging through my music collection to dust them off and give them an epic blast from the past
What a great video. Good sound, good footage from an even greater band.
Hero. He never sold out unlike Jobson! Bless the real and ultimate Talent that IS Stuart Adamson
13 Valleys - Amazing, just Stuart and the audience.
Very nice upload! Thanks! April 24th, just right on my birthday.
What a nice Band !
Amazing! Thanks for posting!
Stuart i love you man x
thank U so much, grazie mille!
Brilliant
As if it were yesterday...
R.i.P. Stuart
Winter Sky and Simple's Always Best - two lesser-known songs that I believe are among Big Country's best.
I just feel for the band, what a great loss. I saw Big Country in 83.But this performance was better, than that one. I wish the band the very best in future.
Maravilhoso!!!
Fireworks by the Kings of Emotion :) Really strong live performance and pleasant audience ! The live version of 'We're not in Kansas anymore" is 10 x stronger than the studio version, extremely catchy and enchanting !
Oh yes! THX
Fkn awesome band...n btw t the guy saying step up to the plate Stuart has been dead 14 yrs.......also loved the skids...
A triumphant performance by the band - Stuart at the top of his game, I would say.
Looks like the night we opened for them at Toad's Place in New Haven, CT -Well done!
Killer show!
i love this fecking song
It's good to see big country still rocking but Stuart Adamson was something else.
I swear Stuart is like a few like Bryam Adams who could play a good riff, say anything, and it'd sound cool. Ah, The Gift.
it didnt sell that many copys winter sky what a track )))
classic
💖💖💖
What an awesome concert!!! Is this available on DVD?
Not the same without Mark onstage but a great show nonetheless. RIP Stuart -- you are so missed. Winter Sky just about killed me this go 'round.
Simon on drums? who?!
My favorite BC song. It's unbelievably beautiful in this version.
The mediocre Chris Bell on drums.
Ii with Procol Harem at the time
RIP Stuart Adamson
🔥 In A Big Country 1:01:34
Stu RIP
In a Big Country 1.01.33
More Stuart than Big Country, he took over many parts that was played before by Bruce.
Chance by example
: )
Ich war dabei .....
GILDE PILFNER!!
hate the encore cover versions, but this is actually a better gig than I thought. some said SA wasn't meant to be a frontman for a rock band, but I don't think I've ever seen anyone interact with an audience better. he can even "play an audience" to the point of going "ssshh" to silence them or wave his hand to get them going again. no shortage of between song banter either. the intro of tb and then the comment "he's not that good" certainly made me laugh: 1:13:54
Tremendous as always! Who is playing keyboards here?
I have been there! Super show, but the drummer was weak. I think best Time was BS Tour 1993 with Mark back
Who is the drummer here?
not nearly as good as Mark
poppyhimbo his name is Chris bell
Love BC to bits saw them many times but this performance is a bit of a shocker.
What happens on 05) Beautiful People ?
@Gabriel Mansilla - I believe Stuart wasn't able to hear his guitar in the monitor speaker in front of him so got the sound guy to turn it up before starting the song once more :-)
Who's on Drums?! Who?!
Daniel Skye chris bell
Chris Bell, the drummer from Gene Loves Jezebel
The combo of Brzeickilkirikli and Butler is a big loss to music.
Both back playing mate ;)
To Mr. Stuart Adamson If you going to profess politics step to the plate
that would be difficult as he committed suicide in 2001
+John S Idiot
+John S thick as shit
PDX horror!!!
Stu fronting for my main line band Kansas!!!
