I have been watching the channel for 4 years, honestly at first I thought "This dude is crazy"
But now, seeing this channel grow so much I feel so proud of this crazy dude, he shows how painful bites can be and how to get the animal off and how to treat the wound.
And to add on he gives us random facts, he also has a sense of humour.
Love watching this channel.

OMG I was in Hill City earlier this year. I visited the Museum and altho I personally didn't find any fossils I did find a lot of quartz and gemstones, which are very rare where I live, oh and I did find a young buck's antlers. Very small town that can get boring but I spent my free time searching for quartz, I think I returned back home with 10 lbs of rocks on my luggage
Omg

5:08 That’s so cool that Coyote likes to find bones too! It’s always interesting to see the skeletal remains of an animal. (Obviously I prefer to see them alive, but the bones show how cool the animal’s anatomy was!) Coyote should do some bone scavenger hunt videos, where he goes out and looks for bones or other animal remains! He could even try to identify them!
I appreciate how friendly he is with his co-workers/cameramen... U guys might've seen other youtubers like that but I haven't and he by far is the only one who interacts with his co-workers and it feels good to see
When I was in the badlands this summer for vacation I found some fossils and bones which was really cool we also saw animal skulls

This is amazing. I have always wanted to be a Paleontologist since I was 13 and now this is like the best thing on UA-cam right now. You may not see this, but if you do, be brave, stay wild, we’ll see you next time!
Good luck with that. It's a phenomenal endeavor. You'll have to learn to speak Spanish and Chinese.

When I was younger, I had a friend whose father worked for the national park system in South Dakota. Went fossil hunting several times in the Badlands! Lots of ancient mammal bones strewn about. I was lucky enough to find an ebony-colored rock with a beautiful pearlescent shell in it. I still have it to this day!

Just saying it takes more than five years for a bone to fossilize, but more like at least millions of years.

" Wanna see my impression of a turtle?" That dad joke killed me x'D
I have done a lot of Cretaceous fossil hunting here in Alabama in the Mooresville Chalk formation . I excavated a sea turtle shell about 25 years ago . The upper and lower shells were there as well as one complete leg . The upper bones were there for the other 3 legs and had shark teeth marks all over them as well as the 2 neck vertebra that were present . I donated it to a local museum .
Has anyone thought that coyote sounds like the animal lover verson of VSauce?

You should make a segment like dragon tales but for dinosaurs
Coyote, I have already watched most of the available "Beyond Dinosaurs" episodes and, besides the awesome education and fossils, perhaps one of my favorite parts is the awesome Beyond Dinosaurs intro. It just make you feel the power and just sheer size of the dinosaurs in a few deep notes!
Keep the awesome content coming amigo!
At first we chipped away at crumbling rock, gently removing the dusk and rocks,

Like the guys said, finding fossils is quite a bit easier than you'd think once you know what/where you're looking for. A lot of it has to do with texture, 9 times out of 10 the texture is a dead giveaway from the good ol' eye test, and shape helps back up the texture test. If you have a rough idea of what it is you can find in a particular area, it sticks out like a sore thumb when you actually do see it when you're searching.
6:15 is when they find turtle shell
