The jubilee year itself started with the Queen losing both her sister and her mother. Many media suspected that it would become a non-event. And then the Jubilee Weekend came and hundreds of thousands of people turned up, had a good time, cheered. Thanks for the upload and congratulations to the graduating class of 2010! Greetings from the United States of America!
Thank you Elizabeth for giving your life to this country. May we never go republican. Without our monarchy we are nothing, but with them we are a great nation. May God defeat her enemies and long may she reign over us all. God bless the Royal family.
If the Monarchy does fall, a sure sign that God has abandoned us and left us among the wolves that are greedy capitalists, we could no longer hope to rise to get closer to Him through Our Sovereign. We then would be left with the unenviable task of working our way back.
Without our unelected rather quite useless monarchy, we'd be a free country. End the monarchy with Elizabeth and open up all of their vast homes and estates -- we'd rake in more in tourism money than we currently do. France did it and they have a larger tourism economy than we do. I've so very proud to be British, but I've never sang our anthem (despite knowing 5 verses!) because I find it wrong to sing about saving somebody who has never given anything to the country. She's never stood up in times of disunity or strife to offer a resolution so it begs the question of why we have them. They are just a relic of a time where the working peoples of this nation were oppressed by the landed, ruling classes.

Growing up in Australia in the 60s and early 70s, first thing Monday morning at my primary school was spent raising the flag and singing both God save our queen and the Australian national anthem. It bred both pride and respect for where we were, and where we have come from. This is something that has disappeared from this once proud nation, as our politicians slowly cater to the minorities and sell us out.
I’m a very proud Aussie (and so called ‘minority’). I’ve worked hard as a member of the community and respect the Queen for her duty and stability to her nation and the Commonwealth. Australia is the successful country it is today because of the combination of people who were born here as well as who have arrived from different lands over the last couple of centuries.

That was an awesome rendition of 'Land of Hope and Glory'--heard in various occassions, from graduation ceremonies in the United States of America and Canada to the Last Night of the BBC Proms in the United KIngdom--and your national anthem as sung by millions of people.
Andrew McKenzie that sums it all up
Without our unelected rather quite useless monarchy, we'd be a free country.
Sawley Ram well that’s your view
@@bojomay2952 It is my view, which I presume is not shared with your own! I'm very happy to hear structured arguments/responses for or against the monarchy...
I wish we have someone like her in my country, a unifying force bestowed with grace and dignity and a sense of duty to her country
I had a party in primary school for the Diamond jubilee and I was only 9 then. I’m 2 months away from my 20th birthday
she almost cry on thr God save the Queen 😭 imagine ppl were singing it as if a prayer to God... thats why UK is one great country their national anthem is a prayer to the leader of the state
I loved seeing the Welsh and Scottish flags being waved in the crowd,we English are inclined to forget what an incredible contribution these two countries have made to British culture and science❤
Oops nearly forgot the Northern Irish
One of the glory days.
Absolute madness. I love it!
I’m certain this will be the final scene of the Crown.
Class , Grace , elegance , just a few of her qualities she has devoted her life to our country and her people and never ever complained or put one foot wrong , she is the most loved and respect ed woman on the planet , what a privilege and honour for us to have her as our queen and this is what makes me so proud and lucky to be British. God bless her
I can’t believe tomorrow is 70 years of her reign and I’ll be celebrating with my 2nd Nanny (my grandmother)
@@nicolelawless3199 I just wish she could do another 70 years !
@@deanboardman5034
So do I. I hope my beloved war of 9 years gets to 70
@@nicolelawless3199 sorry I don't get that reply
@@deanboardman5034
I’ve been interested in the war for 9 years and I want it to get to 70 years
May God Bless Her Glorious Majesty Queen Elizabeth II.
Rule Britannia!
@@levison7935 I heard that both leading political parties in Australia are Republicans?
I did on VE Day in lockdown and I can’t wait for it again
Ah she was so loved , will never see her likes again. So proud to have lived my 31 years under the reign of our greatest ever monarch
Everyone in Wales loves Woody.EXE so much and in 2024; he won’t see this coming as we celebrate our first jubilee just a year after our coronation; hard to believe I’ll be 22 then
Rest In Peace, Your Majesty. May God guides her to Heaven.
God bless The British!!! :D
Her majesty really is the mother of the free
There are critics but she always represents goodness decency honesty charity etc.
What an extraordinary Queen she was.
I’m glad we had her, now Woody.EXE and I can follow her footsteps just like Charles. Wales loves the 2 of us so much and we’re both preparing to celebrate our jubilee in 9 months time as well as our 2nd anniversary of when Woody.EXE took the throne and I will never forget the hyped crowd when I announced that Woody.EXE had officially ascended to the throne; the crowd was so big that I almost had a breakdown
I want to be there!! I did live there in the early 70's. My friends and I would go to London a lot - we lived about 2 hours away.. when we headed home we always spun by Buckingham Palace...it was like a thing we HAD to do! Fun!
Prince Philip is so happy here! So proud of her, love ❤️
And bow philip is dead
I miss seeing Prince Philip by Elizabeth’s side and it’s sad he won’t be for the first time next year
The grief at one point overwhelmed me
@@nicolelawless3199 Yeah, I think he has been part of our lives and history.. and I’m not even British.. I can’t imagine how must feel the Queen.. it’s kind of unimaginable he isn’t there yet ..

He was. My beloved 1940 has been with me for a decade and I’ve been planning celebrations for 7 years
the crowd were awsome,,,,,look into her eyes,,,,humility,,,,she was near to tears,,,that stiff upper lip nearly quivered.....god save the queen
From time to time throughout history God raises up persons for the protection and preservation of the people. Her Majesty is one of them.
what an amazing and wonderful Lady!
And the media said people wouldn't turn out!
God Save the Queen! A truly special women, well-deserved.
Our amazing queen, in tears while watching this special moment
i love my queen....she is magnificent...there is noone like her and we are very lucky to have her...philip to.

Her father King George VI, must be so proud of her ..
Hopefully my entire family comes over for my beloved Wars 10th anniversary on July 18th 2022
This is how she should have been celebrated on her 70th year balcony appearance 😢
Here’s to Elizabeth the Great. Hopefully platinum jubilee.
SHES ALMOST THERE
Nakakangilabot grabe yung nagmamahal sa kanya talaga! ❤
The Queen looked mighty when they were singing the national anthem to her
the greatest women on earth apart from my mam
It’s 11 years too late to say … but that was a beautiful comment ❤
Long live the Queen, I love you from Thailand 🇹🇭
I remember watching this and wondering if Her Majesty would succumb to tears. She looked on the verge. The absolute love and respect for her there was overwhelming ❤️
the Queen is so much loved my goodness she must be feeling so overwhelmed.. she is vert popular bec of her work ethics.. Queens in UK is always the tough ones..
I bet our beloved prince Philip was feeling the same as his wife Queen Elizabeth. Honestly who can’t blame him
Then 3 months later, i became Queen after 6 years of waiting and I was only 20 then. I’m glad Woody.EXE made this possible and we both celebrate our first jubilee in 2024. I didn’t even realise how loved we were
My God! 20 years have passed 😱🇬🇧💂♂️👑
And sadly Her Majesty has passed too.
She was the embodiment of a true Queen. RIP Elizabeth II.
I was born a month after the Golden jubilee and I’m about to celebrate my 21st birthday this week

William is so handsome 😍
It is now 2023 and this makes me weep at what our great nation has become.
@SILVERCLOUD141 YESSSSSS.... You have it totally right!!!! If only more of us were like you.... True Britons!!!
GOD SAVE THE QUEEN
HM The Queen and JFK were the first Global Superstars. Long may she reign!
@mixvox1 She only gets paid £9.2 Million a year... compare that to a footballer who is on more than that a week- and all they do is kick a ball. The Queen is 85 years old and she still jets off all around that world, proving to the world that the UK is still a major player in the world.
I am not British, but I have respect and love for Her Majesty the Queen.
And some 2 bit actress thinks she can destroy this??? NEVER! GOD SAVE THE QUEEN 🇬🇧🇬🇧🇬🇧🇬🇧🇬🇧
Amen
That’s what my friends tried to do to my beloved war couple of years ago but everyone knows I love 1940 so much and they hope I can keep it going
That’s how beloved I am here in Wales and they hope my beloved war can give me an emotional send off in a state funeral
Prince Philip is soooooo proud of his wife.... we see Catherine as well for William
I’m also very proud of my beloved war for reaching the decade mark this year
