I'm thinking Kevin won that one. That drone footage of the field work just has ONTARIO stamped all over it. Great to see it running and working so good again.
Agreed, Rich wants to win on a technicality I think. Plus next time Rich goes to the US he can buy him and Kevin beer duty free! So it could be cheaper for him to pay the bet. Lol!
Rich- I know it might pain your Dutch heritage to stick your hand the your pocket this time.. But I think Kevin won it fair and square! Love the humour and banter- it makes it!!!
The time it took me to get the safety and e-test was about the same amount of time I helped him pull, fix and install the trans and cab lol. I'm trying to find footage of where Kevin helped on the K100, but can't find any...
i gotta say Kevin takes the W on this one, you can't legally use the Kenny yet, but Kevin's been working ground with the Steiger and doing what he bought it for
Ill do the first seal, slide the 2nd one on and forget about it, till the moment AFTER i crimped the terminal on...as soon as the pliers close shut fully, i remember 🤦♂️ did it today at work basically doinf the exact same thing kevin did, except both wires pulled outs the connector originally
well if we are going to split hairs Kevin gets the beer. sorry Rich but even though yes your truck did pull the tank in to the show it did not get there under it's own power.
Kevin won. . . sorry Rich!!!! (although it's tough to judge -- clearly a case of "apples & oranges.." Maybe Rich should just buy him a case of each of those!!!!) Great series, you guys -- a crap-ton of work!!!👍
Kevin won. Great job fixing that tractor 🚜. I've sent good juju, that she'll behave for awhile. You worked off your butt, while Rich whined about getting to Motorama. He owes you TWO cases of brew.
When I was a loop technician about 6 7 8 years ago we used to do the same trick sometimes the drain plug would leak after we change the oil so we would use the Shop-Vac to hold the oil up in the crank case and change the drain plug washer and put it back in and turn it off it was pretty nifty
I would not advise the vacuum cleaner tip with gasoline because the arcs from the motor brushes could cause a fire or explosion.. JMO.. Very good pro tip for hydraulic, diesel or other things.. thanks
This one is a tough one. Sounds to me like a too close to call situations, so rather than call it a tie, both of you go buy a case of beer and tie one "Heck of a One" on together. Best way for friends to celebrate, as you both deserve it!
Hi from uk rich and kev👋👍 its six of one and half a dozen of the other for last bet cos you both couldnt achieved neither without one another 👌💪 you both need a crate from us I say👍 or maybe share on from us you 2 are great team and achieve the unthinkable tasks at hand so well done to you both 💪👌tactor looed awesome pilling that rig behind it and was nice to watch kev scratching the soil getting ready for seeding👍 thanks for your time and be safe see you soon👍👋
I don't agree with the statement about the engineers who made that thing are a lot smarter than you two. No way. I'm blown away at how complicated that was and how the two of you just handled it while it took an entire team of people to design and build it. To think about the sheer amount of time and brain power it took to replace that synchro is so crazy to me. Amazing work.
You buy each other a case of beer and post a video of you drinking both cases while shooting the breeze about various projects you've done or you want to do!
Call the truth you both won you know both need a little more projects including the guy had to change training filter so anyway have a beer have a laugh you both won
Great job guys! If I tried that I'd have a parts tractor never going back together! Very well done. Buy each other a case of beer and call it a draw. Enjoy some cold ones when the work is mostly done.
Aussie farmer here.I have used the 9350 with a full powershift transmission though. But how do you manage to break the gearbox in one? You are probably pulling way too much.I'm still using an Inter 4586 with its pressurised 5 by 2 Spicer gearbox.15,000 hours later, still good, nice and quiet. She is 300 hp at 2600 rpm,but we pull 200-250 horse impliments at 2100 rpm. They last a long time doing this.
Kevin has to make a UA-cam channel ASAP! It's not an option! I follow Rich but also Welker Farms and Farming Fixing and Fabricating! Would totally follow Kevin and I'm sure I'm not the only one. Thanks for the videos. Cheers from Portugal 🙃
The keyword Rich is "DONE." Not ALMOST Done, lol. So Kevin has you beat, the Steiger is running, driving and working on the farm, while the K100 is getting finishing touches, like the interior, and the the road legal portion, haha.
Maybe remember the quick hint: only use the vac cleaner on a DIESEL tank! Sucking flammable fuel vapors through an electric shop vac MIGHT cause another issue.... :)
you two remind me of my dad and me......... we are ALWAYS talking MAD SHIT!!! to each other when working on crap . bystanders think we hate each other...... but that cant be farther from the truth
I'm with Kevin. If Rich's tractor was road legal and pulling something down the road that would count. But since Kevin's tractor is working in the fields (awesome!) I think he wins but he should share the beers with Rich because it took the two of you to get the Steiger back in the field. Share the beers, let Rich buy them. You guys are lucky to have such helpful neighbors. VERY lucky. Don't take it for granted.
Now I just feel silly for getting a new riding mower because I didn't want to bother taking apart the trans to change the dirty oil that daddy deere sealed in there. IT'S LIKE A 2 HOUR JOB!
Rich needs to pay up. I think if it’s able to perform it duty first you win. The transport truck needs to be able to transport in its normal operating environment which is on the road. The case needs to operate in its normal environment, which it clearly is in the fields. My 2 cents, Kevin wins both times. Hence, Rich needs cough it up. There’s also a “bro tax”. That is, if don’t pay your dues at the moment of ruling, you can be subject to a penalty of 25%. For example, if it’s a box of 24 can’s of beer, then you will have to pay 30 can’s. the penalty increase’s one of 2 ways, you are penalised 25% capped at 100%. Or the loser of the bet has yo shout all the bro’s in the group drinks until the debt is paid. #brotax
Well way I see it Kevin owes you big for letting him use your Toyota forklift lol ... Don't think either of you guys should be buying or drinking beer lol, energy drinks, keep the mind focused and the hands dirty guys :-) Big job that, would of sucked if had come out again :-S Kevin: check back the footage as the selector arms might of been sabotage lol ... Kevins the winner but it great friends that the real win .
Sorry, Rich. Joyriding in a driveway and a parking lot doesn't count. Kevin's had several minutes footage of going down a highway and working a field. Cough up the beer :)

I think Rich should buy the beer for Kevin, but I feel like Kevin and rich should drink it next to a fire with cameras rolling while they work their way into blitz territory. I seem to think that would be a fun time...
Being a dairy farmer that runs red equipment this might be slightly biased, but sorry Rich, Kevin won, big red is working dirt and transport truck is only SEMA ready
Kevin for the win! Enjoy the beer together as always. That's what makes America...er Canada great: millions of people making their own decisions as their abilities dictate.
Steiger wins - good job Kevin. That's quite a job, but can represent a large savings, based on numbers from a previous video - did it work out financially in the end? Thanks for the series
When canadians have the luck of the irish?? Buy a case of beer (or more) pay dutch and drink it together!! You guy s are awesome. Also buy something for both your ladys. The deserve it letting you do this!
After all that, it seems like you guys should buy each other a case of beer, and take a day or two off. Technically though, it seems that Kevin's Steiger is actually doing work in more than 1st gear, so he's the winner. Thanks for the videos, guys. I enjoy all of them👍
Tough decision, but.... buy eachother a box of beer and share both boxes... Thanks for always great videos, and best wishes for a great 2022 sesson to Kevin.

Soz Rich, Kevin won haha. Like he said, his is out there doing real work. Yours is running and technically can drive, but you cant use it! Not yet anyway.
I’ve read a number of comments and it seems most are siding with Kevin, I think I have to go with Rich, he has spent many hours on the Steiger which I don’t think Kevin returned. Either way, good job.
In a way they can be viewed as separate bets that both of you won. Buy each other a case, sit back for a bit and enjoy your accomplishments, you both deserve it. Then on to the next project, "Here we go".
Supersized super effort but well done. I enjoyed this and still confused about a UK guy i watched cultivating only 9 acre lot with the latest john deere and one of biggest cultivators on market it does it so quick i kinda get the feeling when he retired he didn't give a f*ck and he does it for entertainment (if i could even think of spending that on a toy in my retirement i would be stoaked)
Kevin earned it fair and square...great series gents. Enjoying it.
I'm thinking Kevin won that one.
That drone footage of the field work just has ONTARIO stamped all over it.
Great to see it running and working so good again.
I really wanted to see how they finish a pass, and turn around for the next one. Is it sort of every other lane, like overlapping loops?
I think Kevin might have won this one.😅
Agreed, Rich wants to win on a technicality I think. Plus next time Rich goes to the US he can buy him and Kevin beer duty free! So it could be cheaper for him to pay the bet. Lol!
they should buy each other a case of beer and get absolutely smashed for some down time! after all that work combined 🤣
Rich- I know it might pain your Dutch heritage to stick your hand the your pocket this time.. But I think Kevin won it fair and square! Love the humour and banter- it makes it!!!

@@DGHD i like your videos 📹 hi 👋 from #YSW I am a resident of respect for all of your hard work on your videos 🇨🇦
i gotta say Kevin takes the W on this one, you can't legally use the Kenny yet, but Kevin's been working ground with the Steiger and doing what he bought it for
Kevin won this one.
Great series, I grew up on a 30 acre farm in Ireland, and was just blown away to see the drone footage of the field Kevin was in 🙈
Around here we talk about the back 40, the random land around the house site. Farms are usually counted in the thousands of acres.
Being in the UK it's awe inspiring seeing the land sizes you legends farm in 🇨🇦 🇺🇸 🇦🇺 etc
The footage of running the field was the payoff for watching this entire process. Nice job.
Your a good friend. A billion things of your own to do and still found time to help a buddy out!
Love the videos featuring Kevin, just seems like a super solid, salt of the earth guy. Glad the hard work paid off!
When I saw the scale of the land you are working, that huge tractor suddenly became pretty small. Great episode. More tractor stuff?
Professional looking!? Kevin even remembered to put the seal gland on the wire before crimping the terminal on it. Legendary!
With the correct crimping pliers too! :D

If it's working and earning its fuel, it holds the winning place/bet. Kevin wins. 👍💰💵
Being a farmer myself , clearly Kevin gets the win!
Kevin is right, his is working, doing what is intended for, awesome work on both projects either way
Kevin won. Great job fixing that tractor 🚜. I've sent good juju, that she'll behave for awhile. You worked off your butt, while Rich whined about getting to Motorama. He owes you TWO cases of brew.
Kevin for the win. You both are winning at the end of day, keep being you 😃
Watching this after Junkyard digs cultivation kind of puts the scale of these more modern machines in perspective.......
Just about to watch the newest one of that series next

I wouldn't try that with gasoline. Fine with Diesel though.
@@marscruz Why not? Doubles as a shop heater!
@@lvpvsnoctis more like shop bomb
@@lvpvsnoctis Yeah, it would heat the shop up a little too warm, me thinks.
That's a mammoth job, good on you for knocking it out yourself!

Yep, Kevin definitely won that bet lol. Onto the next bet! :P
Always love to see more of Kevin! Good luck up there guys!
Get the wallet out Rich I think you owe Kevin a 12 pack🤣
You're awesome Rich, but I'd vote for Kevin- I like eating, and we need to do that to work on the transport truck :D

I use the vacuum cleaner technique to change the oil in my 7.3 PSD. Works great.
Those beers is on you Rich.. If you feel the need to explain why you might have won you're playing a loosers hand

Kevin buy a hair. A very nice rig. I seem to have a soft stop for Case tractor. Must be a Cummins thing.
Sorry Rich you lost the transport truck did not drive to Motorama but the tractor did drive and not grind gears
Kevin won end of 😂 Machines out gettin' dirty and gettin' it done.
Richs truck was just rolled out to look purdy
Two guys two cases of beer, always! Better decisions are always made after the beer is consumed, and everybody is a winner.
It helps to have a sense of humor and high threshold for frustration to work on these giant machines. Good job! 👍
Kevin won, sorry Rich.
