I would like to see you highlight more on the community surroundings of this hotel especially the Green Island High school which is literally right across from this huge luxury Gigantic resort. The fact that something so Luxurious is in a community where much is in need of upgrade especially the educational institution that educate jamaica future generation
This could certainly be done. I am expecting this resort to at least adopt the high or primary school that are both in very close proximity to it. In one of my updates on the development, I showed the Green Island High School with a freshly paved parking lot. I heard this was done by the hotel. That's a good start and show of intent.
I too was hoping the wading area would be much cleaner by now. I noticed there were some changes to two of the breakwaters. They should have dredged it out a little bit further and grade it more towards the ses to imrove the flow back to the sea for better circulation. I am also for pulling more of the seaweed. That being said. I think they have come a long way with it and I was always curious to see how it would look when done. The beach is fine, I just worry about the wading area. The water seems to be very clear in some areas it is just what you see on the sea floor that bothers me a bit. It might take a few years for that "lagoon' to clean itself considering the lack of slope ad depth of the floor. The property itself is a stunner. I don't think they should announce opening dates until they 100% satified it is ready. Just my two cents here. Oh, and thanks for doing all this work and sharing. Much appreciated.
Thanks so much for your comment and wealth of knowledge. We are all curious to see what the final product will look like. I think they will indeed, have to get rid of some more seaweed and work on this consistently for some time. I couldn't agree with you more on the opening dates...hopefully they will be up and running for the winter season.

You're most welcome.

I THINK THIS IS ONE OF THE MOST BEAUTIFUL DEVELOPMENTS IN JAMAICA 🇯🇲 MASSIVE PROPERTY LOVE THE SETTING ESPECIALLY THE MANGROVES ITS A HIDEAWAY BEAUTY
You're spot on! Like the fact that they didn't destroy more of the mangroves than needed. Hope it remains that way.
Thanks for this project's update!
You're most welcome. Thanks for watching.

Mistake in description.
Re beach: cover brown sea floor with white sand.
