Roy----I sold a large round table with folding legs, it was a beast. When folded flat the legs stuck out to one side. No box would work. So I removed the legs(easy) and split it up into 2 boxes. That made for easy packing and each box was within the weight limit. yeppy!

Did you wrap in bubble wrap?
I used bubble wrap on each itme and filled the box with scrap styrofoam. 👍
How much does eBay charge to list ?
For most casual sellers, it's free to list on eBay. If you list more than 250 items per month, you'll start paying a $0.35 insertion fee per listing. Category exclusions may apply. However, it will depend if your a casual seller or decide to start an ebay store. Its really cheap, and ebay will even give you more free listings. I have a premium store subscription and get all my listings for free (this is for Buy it now items only. Auctions have a starting fee around 50 cents.) This being said ebay take a fee when selling the item. It varies, but an average is around 13.5%. Not bad at all compared to most online selling platforms and ebay is still the top dog for now. 👍
