@@d22268 Atrax is a good one of for the deck as it can activate Holeutea from hand for no cost, Gravedigger's from hand if you need more than 5 summons to get to Rafflesia to prevent Nibiru, and can be used as a part of an end board or summoned on your opponent's turn to where even if they are able to get some negates up, they will not be able to stop your Trap Hole cards, though.
It is really good! There are a lot of meta cards that it hits right now, including Snake Eyes. Only running 2 in the deck right now as a test, but I may run 3 and drop Floodgate down to 2.
the deck seems to be built for consistency, how would adding hand traps, like ash, imperm or evenly change things? Edit: also what do you think about paralel eXceed?
@@d22268 Yes indeed, consistency is the primary focus of this deck. Currently, it is running 2 Impermanence, as that does have some anti-synergy with the core function deck, since to activate it from the hand, you can not control any cards, thus denying you a trap activation for Sera on your turn or if pitched for another effect, like Holeutea, it is not recyclable with the in-archetype effects, since it is not a "Hole" trap card. Imperm is still a very strong tool though and is run at 2 for this reason. Ash is a good card, but with the most popular deck not being phased by it really and it also being able to link off of it with Hitta, can make it more of a liability currently. In the physical version of the deck, I run Ash in the side, though. Same with Evenly, it is a great side deck card when you know you are going second, but has the same problem as Imperm, since you do not want any cards on field when you activate it and does not have recursion in archetype if discard for another effect. Parallel eXceed I do not find worth running, especially with it only being at 2. With the most popular deck being able to fit so many handtraps, it is a very big target for negation, possibly clogging up your board when it inevitably does get negated, and bricking your hand if it is the only monster you draw.
@@stoic_hero_tcg soo, run exceed if not on md, in normals ash is a sidedeck card, same with evenly. btw i'm currently stuck trying to decide if i should run ray lancer or ty-phon, so any advice is appreciated
@@d22268 This was a hard decision for me too. TY-PHON seems good against certain decks, but overall, Ray Lancer helps the deck in more ways. I guess it is really what decks you are playing against more often.

Yeah, it keeps the deck more consistent. There are a few cards I want to experiment with, like Maxx "C" and the Full Armor engine, but I try to keep it as pure as possible.
@@arukarazukara8027 The deck is more consistent when it is pure, though I used to run some Kashtira in it before they got hit on the Master Duel banlist. I have started to experiment with a small Ragnaraika engine recently, much smaller than what most people run, as it does have some anti-synergy with Traptrix, despite the similarities. I have seen lot of people try Mathmech, Artifact, and I have even tried Ninja to support Traptrix. The problem is the archetype is not meta right now, so there is a lot more experimenting that needs done to get it optimal.

That second round was blatant disrespect. 😂
@@Alonzone Haha, which match?
@@stoic_hero_tcg The one where the opponent paid half their life and you won using two Gravediggers.
