The Heidelberg Academy of Sciences and Humanities is the state academy of sciences of the German federal state of Baden-Württemberg. As a non-university research institution, its focus is in the humanities and cultural sciences.
In this tutorial series, Dr. Andrew Kandel of the project ROCEEH (The Role of Culture in Early Expansions of Humans) is going to take you on a tour of ROAD - the ROCEEH Out of Africa Database. In the first video, you will learn what ROAD is and how you can use its Simple Search function. Additional episodes will cover:
