How to make Easy instant appam & Nadan Potato Curry
instant appam
Raw Rice (Soaked) - 1 Cup ( 240 ml / 250 ml )
White Rice - 1 Cup
Coconut - 1 Cup
Sugar - 1 tbs
Water - 1 Cup ( Total )
Salt - ( according to taste )

Nadan Potato Curry
Big onion - 3 nos ( Square Pieces )
Garlic - 1 tbs
ginger - 1 tbs
green chillies - 2 nos
TOMATO - 2 nos
Potato - 2 big ( Square Pieces )
Salt - ( according to taste )
Turmeric powder - 1/2 tsp
Kashmiri chilli powder - 1 - 11/2 tsp + 1/4 tsp
Coriander Powder - 11/4 - 11/2 tsp
Garam Masala powder - 1/2 tsp
Water - 2 Cups
Coconut milk - 1/2 - 3/4 Cup
Coconut oil - 1 tbs
Mustard Seeds - 1 tsp
Dry red chillies - 3 - 4 nos
