Sir namskar mai 2 month phle pol science ka prof bna hun... fir apki blessing and guidance se mai dhire dhire students ko study karwa rha hun.... but sir muje guide kre ki by dept. Electoral literacy and human right and constitutional day celebret karna hota hai.ki inhe kaise kre... sir mujhe bhut jyada hagitation hai ki mai kaise other prof. And principal k samne bolunga.. or kaise or kon kon se students se activities karwayi ja sakti hai..
Sir muje bhut tension ho jati hai or plz mai bhut nervous ho jata hun...muje is karke nind bhi nhi aati. hai ki mai kya bolunga function me..or kaise function organise krun..

Mainstream diplomacy or track one is not enough today where social media has become part of every person's life.
The ability to influence people and to create an image does not take much time today and can be easily done using Internet.
In 21st century the traditional diplomacy needs to be re-looked because merely attending the seminars and conferences is not enough we also need to know the reach of such events.
Are these conferences and seminars reaching the masses or just earning applauds in an elite closed circle ?
Are we able to influence public perception in general ?
Actual soft power is to be able to gain support on foreign soil with your words and actions.
