SO! I'm not dead! This is a project that I had to do for a Panitikan class earlier this year, I hope that you guys like it!
The format of this video was heavily inspired by the lovely Overly Sarcastic Productions channel, so if you see some similarities, yeah.
Hello everyone. I know this is rather late but I'd like to address comments regarding the loud noise at 2:50. I'm well aware of it and have received multiple comments about it and there isn't much I can do about it anymore since the UA-cam editor doesn't allow cuts and edits to the audio on videos with more that 100,000 views and the only way I could really do anything about it would be deleting and reuploading the video entirely. I'm really sorry if you were startled by it, and rest assured that I'm well aware of it.
That being said, I'd really rather appreciate it if people stopped commenting about it, or if you are going to comment about it, please be courteous with your comments. I don't touch this channel as much as I used to anymore but I still do get email notifications regarding new comments, and a constant barrage of comments regarding something I can't do much about does get disheartening.
I'm still blown away by the amount of gratitude and love I receive from this video, so thank you very much to everyone, I'm very glad to have helped people with this, which is something I originally set out to do.

At the moment, I don’t see myself being able to come back sometime soon, I’m a full time student at the moment, and I do all the work for these videos alone so I don’t have the time to be able to invest in this channel right now. I have some plans for more videos like the vines videos that don’t require as much time and research, but for the foreseeable future more summary videos for this channel are pretty much shelved. Hope this answers your question!

There's actually a third unfinished novel that could've continued the story through Isagani.
It's called Makamisa based on the title of the novel's only chapter found by Ambeth Ocampo. Could've been more light-hearted like the Noli but we never got to see the full story.

This so good! You should make one for Florante at Laura because I can't seem to find any english summaries for it and your pictures/ drawings really makes it easier to visualize everything

Sis, this was so good. great art, lovable personality, as well as great story telling, and I love the fact that it's in English. a suggestion tho for future vids, use a better microphone (though your words can be understood, some might have trouble hearing) or add subtitles. I who have never studied for filipio in my life until now is trying to learn about el fili because we have a quiz for all of el fili's kabanata's so while looking for short vid about el fili i found ur channel which actually surprised me that i liked watching this vid maybe because i like drawing and the vid is entirely drawn which i like so thnks for helping me in my studies. If Rizal happens to finish Mikamasa then it would probably be another tragic story.. I feel so bad for all tge characters and got teary eyed damn it, how cruel is the world for them? Basilio had to go through a lot of misery and so did eeverybodu else. They all just want to fiund love, is that so hard to give? I'm crying arghhh I somehow feel attached to them ㅠ~ㅠ
There was actually a list of characters included among the drafts! There wasn’t much mention of the characters from the other books like Basilio, there IS an Isagani. If this is the same Isagani though, it wasn’t confirmed. I know the stories were all heartbreaking but they were supposed to display how the Spaniards were cruel at the time, and the characters were used as tools to further the point
