Hello! My spouse is dominican and holds dual citizenship in the US and there. We are looking to move there. How would this type of situation work for a spouse, since it doesn't fall into the 3 types you covered in this video? Thank you!
Thanks for watching, Charlie! The lawyer's contact info is in the video description for any inquiries regarding immigration :)
Great video! I would love to find out more information about the process for the retirement visa, por favor.
My husband and I just picked up our residency/cedula cards May 4th. If it wasn't for Lily we don't know where we would be right now. She made the whole process painless and fast. Thank you Lily!!!!!!! You're the best!!!!!
Lishali , Great video. I tried to start the process by myself then I found you after interviewing other attorneys. Glad I found you. You made the process very easy for me. And you save me a ton of money. Not just from your fees but even more money and time from saving me from the mistakes I would have made. Thanks for everything you are fantastic.
Muchas gracias!! Great information! Yo necesito la VISA de retirado. Me gustarias saber si esta cerca de Puerto Plato. Me quiero retirar en Puerto Plata y I need help with the VISA. Gracias 👍🏼
Hola, me gustó mucho la información del video. Tango una pregunta, yo puedo aplicar para visa de retirado solamente?

thank you for this video. I have two small questions. From this video, I need the assistance of an Attorney in the DR to complete the process... do I also have to hire an immigration Attorney here in Canada..(for steps 3 and 4)? Also, in Step 7-8-9.. can these steps be done on the north cost or you need to travel to Santo Domingo ?.. thank you in advance.
Thanks for watching, Pierre! The lawyer's contact info is in the video description for any inquiries regarding immigration :)
How do I stay in Dominican Republic so that I am able to live and work there? I do not have a pension, I do not have 200,000 to give to the government and I don’t own a property. I am just trying to live and work there
I am having a condo built for me by connections/ Casa linda group. It is costing me $266,000.00 US, does that qualify me for residency under investment?
Lishali's contact (email and phone number) is in the description, for any questions or concerns you may have :)
Good Stuff
While you're waiting for a Visa to process, do you have to get a tourist card every 30 days while in R.D.?
You can request an extension up to a total of 120 days (original 30 + 90 additional)
Can you help me with visa to DR and retirement residency? If so, cost and time it takes.
Make sure to contact the lawyer via email. Her info is in the video's description :)
I am visiting this place in coming years but I have few questions in my mind if u can answer me
What’s the tourist visa duration 6 months or less than it
And when can we apply for jobs
Or what type of visa we can apply after 6 months
Hi John, thanks for watching! The lawyer's contact info is in the video description for any inquiries regarding immigration :)
Are you near Puerto Plata?
If your still working and plan on retiring, can you apply for a residency visa?
can we go to DR without visa when we have a valid us visa b1/b2 ?
I have a Dominican Parent but is being very difficult. I would like to invest in the country my father is from. How do I get help from you

I have visited 5-6 times each of the last 3 years...... what would be the benefit to becoming a retired resident.....
and what would be the cost....?
There is no real advantage if you are just visiting. Only if you are planning to move there.
Did you go through the process? How much was the full price if you did? Thanks
How con i find a immigration attorney in the US that knows DR immigration law
Type 2 Residency do you have to be already living in DR to qualify? or do I need to show that I'm making at least 2,000 monthly in the states? Because I visit twice a year and plan on moving there in the next few years
Hi! Make sure to send an email or a whatsapp message to Dr. Baez. She'd be happy to help :)
Type 2 is for people that have property in the USA and are renting it and plan to use that income for there support in the DR. You have to prove that you have received that income for 5 years prior and prove you will be getting it for at least one more year.
@@erichmetz4170 Thank you
Do you need attorney in the USA and also in the Dominican Republic....?
If you want to be helped along the way of your immigration process, you need one immigration lawyer with knowledge of DR process; whether that's in the US or DR
No just use Lishali. No USA attorney needed. She is great.
I received SS $ 1,175.00 per month is that enough to get me into the DR residency visa. In other videos they said it enough what say you
You need 1500$
How much do you charge for your services?
