- HISTORIC ENGLAND SUPPORTS PLYMOUTH TREE CULL!? This can’t be right, but watch the video and see for yourself! Also a look at the NEWMARKET PUB & MARKET WAY.
The local authority with the support of other agencies have cut down over 120 prime mature trees in the middle of Plymouth shopping centre
Right at the bottom "CCT in operation". It's all about surveillance and control.
Yes, its about the coming 5G blanket surveillance where every inch of the town centrer will be covered and they will even be able to remotely look into your pockets...
Trees are 5G,s worst enemy !
Richard Bingley ex Tory Councilor now run off following this massacre.
The next time the council mentions climate change remind them that chopping down healthy trees is contrary to the net zero policy.
Happening all over 🤬🤬🤬🤬
At the end, you are standing in what used to be Cambridge St which ran from Oxford Tce straight down to Cornwall St offering 5 minurte access to the centre, and what was the Odeon Cinema. I recall a couple of chippies, a post office, a grocers and a limo garage in the street and every house had a 12 foot front garden. A lovely friendly neighbourhood.
Without involving Citizens any plan will not work or be wanted!!
Crikey as if the trees getting murdered wasn't bad enough, bagpipes start up to add to everyone's misery... 😢
A tad harsh. I would rather hear that than the Fing & Jfing from the unwashed layabouts that used to congregate around the seating area.
🤣
you are right; Bingley was very wrong...which is why he's now gone
The centre of plymouth was not an architectural gem having been rebuilt in 1950s/60s after WW2. Now this . Is it part of a plan to make it a 15 Minute city like Oxford . I pity the poor residents .
I may be wrong as I have never been there, but it looks like a rather ugly city with ugly modern buildings
It had to be rebuilt after the war when the city centre was flattened. True the buildings could be cleaned up but the low rise factor makes the city a light airy place. Try the sea front if you visit, it's unique with a fantastic view. The 'modern' buildings have been there since the 1950s.
@@Bryt25 I never knew this. I was in a village called Noordwijk in Holland where the sea front buildings are very ugly. The hotel owner told me about a German couple who told him this, then he explained to them it was because the Nazis bulldozed the first 3 blocks of beautiful old houses to make room for their tanks and equipment. The German couple was dead quiet after the explanation
You're wrong.
