This looks delicious.
I always let my roast stand for about 15 minutes, slice it against the grain, and return it to the gravy. It's delicious too.

So.....I did your exact recipe last night, but I did it with both a pork sirloin roast, and a venison sirloin, each about 3 lbs, and put them side by side in the same crock pot for 12 hrs.
I shredded them both separately in their own containers, and then added juice from the bottom of the crock pot and stirred it in.
Lets just say that I'll DEFINITELY be making this again......and again. Thanks for the recipe!
