@@swiftbobber locking the knees is a way to swing that takes the hip action and lateral movement out of the equation Bobber. Most of us are upper core golfers and the question you must answer is simple…are you? Lateral Motion takes tons of more timing than an upper core player. The middle and lower core are used in this swing as stability to support the movement of your upper core. Hope that helps my friend!
