I genuinely don't know how to change "original weight" tab to keep track of the amount of weight I loss. It keeps opening the tab that you have in your original page, and I cannot edit it or change it to my starter weight...
Hello, thanks for letting me know and please check out this short recording to see if I understand the issue properly and if so, how to solve it: www.loom.com/share/0491b5ba4cfd4bc995b8cdb80c06bf5f Let me know how it goes
Thank you - to create a graph, you can use third-party tools and then embed the graph in Notion. Example tools include: notion2Charts.com, grid.is, notioncharts.io
Hello! When I calculated the moderate caloric deficit, the carbohydrate was also negative. I use the weight reference in kg. In the formula "Daily Calorie Deficit", the weight in pounds was multiplied by 500, what would be the value to multiply with the weight in kg? Thank you in advance.
Hello, I wasn't able to replicate this error on my side - here you can see what the "Daily Calorie Deficit" formula looks like in the template: www.loom.com/i/8561155b6a16470c9668bda7126acfb4 Let me know if that's the issue, or you can contact me directly here and we can troubleshoot together: airtable.com/shrstSLHdvaHCUM1B
@@simosme Thank you for answering. If the formula was using weight in Kg, would it still be * 500? My question is: this last factor of the formula (*500) applies to weight in kg or would be another value? I am Brazilian, we are not used to using weight in pounds.
@@simosme Thanks again. I was trying to translate to make my daily life easier, but the result is very different. If you can point me to where I learn how you arrived at these formula values, I would appreciate it. Anyway, I am very grateful for all your attention.
@@gabi1791 The formulas are the same as in the template, and I would be happy to help find out if there's any specific issue in your template if you want. You may share the link with "Edit" access here, or contact me directly with the link so I can troubleshoot: airtable.com/shrstSLHdvaHCUM1B
hi, thank you for the wonderful template! I'm having an issue where when i click the "new" on the weight tracking table it pops open a new page creation thing. it happens when i open the template in the browser too, but it's only an issue for that specific table 😭
Hello, thank you for leaving a comment. I see what you mean. Clicking the "new" button to create a page always opens the modal, and that's not a behavior we can change unfortunately. Adding a page from the "new" button below an existing row doesn't open the page modal. And why do you find the page creation modal inconvenient?
hello I am using this today and I had my carbs shown at -61? that means I need les than 0 per day to lose weight? this was in the section of calories deficit female (lower table)
Hi, that sounds like a bug (carbs can't be negative) - please reach out to me here and it would be helpful if you can send pictures/a video showing what you see. This can help me understand and fix the bug: airtable.com/shrstSLHdvaHCUM1B

This is epic! Can’t wait to try it out🎉
