Have a heran shorty muffler sounds awesome but incredibly loud so I ordered a M4 clone off ebay for $30 it's a glass pack like most but 13 inches long and it's surprisingly well constructed and sounds great a little bit quieter at idle ,very happy with it , chinese Companies will make whatever a company wants if you want crap they will make it ,if you want premium quality they'll make all depends how much your willing to pay.
I recently put a cheap Amazon exhaust so I like it. No complaints. So far. I'll edit this comment if anything happens
I bought this bike with this after market pipe on it, but all the discoloration on pipe directly under the bike tells me the bike has been run extremely hot multiple times, and still does at cruising speeds. (Hot being 3 bars) online forums says the bike is only suppose to run at 1-2 bars heat on temp gauge. But getting up to 70-80 I’m at 3 pushing 4, was wondering if you had the same experience, and if or when you bought the bike if it already ran 2-3 sometimes 4 bars at highway speeds. Man if 3-4 bars is hot then pipe is hot GARBAGE without headers, and will turn your bike into yard decor in a couple years.
Asking because I don’t want mine to turn into yard decor and the guy doesn’t know where the factory pipe is 😫

Hey DrGoat, I have the same motorcycle and thanks to your video I was able to change the rear light!! Now I need help to install some sliders, they don’t have a manual and there isn’t a good video on how to do it either!! Pleaseeeeee

Hey mate, just wondering if you have an update on how it's holding up?
Put a couple hundred miles on the bike since and it’s been doing well! I will say, on a cold start it sounds like it has a little rattle, which I’m not sure if the stock exhaust did as well or not, but once the engine warms up a bit that goes away and I honestly enjoy the sound of it!
I appreciate the reply, thank you. I have the exact one and mounted it yesterday so I will give it a go tomorrow and remove the baffle.

Update: the exhuast sounds beautiful with and without the baffle. Significant Db difference without the baffle and in my opinion sounds slight better.

Bike has been parked since beginning of December, but up until then I’ve still been enjoying it! Not too loud, not too quiet, actually a pretty nice tone for what it is!
