Judging by the talent of your playing, I'm sure that you notice some high notes very difficult to reach correctly. I actually solved that problem believe it or not! I frankly had to accept that there are some high notes that demand only a pure falsetto without natural voice... nothing but nasal breath out. The first syllable of the second "SHAT-TERED" is pure voice, but the high second syllable is pure nasal/head falsetto. Let go of your natural voice for that note, have a huge breath waiting before every time you say the whole word, and you will reach it every time!
