edit (1/21/21) - I just got a new phone today because i dropped my old phone and it started bleeding black spots on the inside so the text was distorted and unreadable. Thanks for the likes too

Hey, I would say that I was very skeptical on the way you guys were explaining the causes and remedies to remove the white lines on the Iphone. I have a Iphone 6 which suddenly started showing white lines this morning and I did the master reset first as told by you but nothing happened.
Now to my surprise, when I further watched your video and the way you pressed the top right side of the screen and suggested that it may work, I did the same and it actually worked!!!! Thanks a lot guys as you saved me I guess couple of hundred bucks and not to mention the time wasted taking my phone to a Apple Store.

So, my iPhone six battery was replaced, and now there are two vertical lines down the center of the screen. Tried all of these methods, and they’re still there. In between these two lines, the touch screen does not work. Tapping works everywhere else, but the center of the lines. What do I do?

Im going through this same issue but my phone has a tiny mark on the bottom left but I don’t want to send it to apple and have them think i “broke” the phone by dropping it and have them charge me $399 🤦🏻♂️

Great video, I used this idea on my iPad Air 3. Wasn’t sure where the logic connectors were so I just pressed around the whole thing and BOOM it worked. Thanks

Pressing the right side kinda worsened the lines on my phone.

Really need your help here, when I hold try resetting my iPhone 8 it has something called like SOS emergency and starts doing an incredibly loud alarm. Do you know why it's doing this??

I think my iPhone overheated my screen started flickering so I hard reset it emediately, now my screen is normal when I open it but after about a minut it gets brighter and brighter until its fully white/ white stripes

@Jay Puth I came to conclusion if Its not a lose connection I would have to get a new display. now it's a matter of time that I find out would I have to pay 199 for a new display :) for my XR and where I live in there is no apple service centre, I can't even claim my official warranty

I have a question when I turn up my iPhone 12 volume up on a black screen it shows a white strip line when it is horizontal
My phone got 12.4.8 update then it pop out then glitch then boom horizontal lines in ny screen and when yur screen is black there’s violet line

I dropped it and everything seemed fine but only the line appeared. Tried the pressing method and it felt as if the screen was hollow underneath (when pressing close to the upper right side of the screen) It did not fix it though.

My niece dropped her ipod and she had it in the case but it made the screen go crazy with just a bunch of lines and it wouldn't respond to power it off or anything. She just got it for her birthday and was devastated! I watched this video and did a reset on it and it worked! Thanks again, appreciate the help!

I had a short line and the resetting didn’t work and what fixed it was playing a game on my phone for a couple hours
I have an iPhone 12 and about 6 months ago the screen cracked in the bottom left corner and yesterday it fell flat on its face and it has a white line on the screen but the touch still works perfect even in the white area would I be able to fix it without getting a new screen ?

my phone is completely covered in lines but i can hear my screen behind the like when i press it i can hear the number pad for the password but cant see before the lines only started to really appear when the screen was dark but weren't there when the screen is light i just woke up and the lines were there and then my phone died and the when i turned it on again it got worse

No. I just get my phone take a rest and then sometimes when my phone too very hot it’s appears and then when i go to my bed and my phone will not gonna use it by. Tomorrow it’s a weird happens and it’s gone but I don’t thinks it’s literary gone but i think it been here in my screen and I don’t wanna notice it.

So I have a 1 year old sister. I came downstairs once and saw her chewing on the corner of my phone. I took it from her, then later saw the lines on my phone! At the top right, there had already been a crack. I couldnt tell if she had spit in it or what. I can still see and use my phone, its just gentle lines on the screen. Do you think pressing in the area you mentioned will fix my problem? I hope it does, this is a bad time to need a repair with everything closed and stuff. I will come back when i try pressing on the area.

Half of my screen was green and I tried the finger method and it was gone the lines are there but they aren’t really bothering me to much

I have a problem where there are lines on a screen from a game (the control buttons). I deleted the game and they are still there. I tried resetting the IPhone and it still didn’t work at this point I don’t know what to do.

Just gonna ask help, even tho this vid is published year ago. I accidentally drop my phone and I dont know if the lcd is damaged or does it just need some small adjustments
Everytime my phone gets in high temp, the lcd is lining up some white lines (but the opacity is like 20%) and after cooling my phone for minutes, it goes back to normal. Btw my touch screen is not affected. The only problem is the white screens that is displaying in the screen :). (I use Iphone 11)

Great info as always guys! Please take a moment in the next video to EQ some lows and sub-lows out of the audio. Your room seems to have a natural reverb that is amplifying low end reverberation that is causing some weird and overwhelming low end boominess.

the solution worked a bit, my phone was very glitchy to a point where i couldnt see anything on my screen just glitches, after a reboot and the solution i was able to see the screen but its still has a bar on it:(
