this is not a new hotel,it is the old Protur hotel that was just taking over by Tui. It has a fantastic spa. I was in there May 9th.
It has definitely been expanded with a new main building, which is shown in this video. Indeed it is owned by Protur but rebranded under the name 'Sensatori Biomar'.
The adults only side is new and the existing parts family & childrens are is refurbished@@DroneYL
