An immense pleasure to have contributed to this fantastic list. Thanks for the opportunity my friend. I look forward to seeing you all on my channel for more videos about Sardinia!
I grew up in La Maddalena, and my childhood looked like it was set in the Chrono Cross homeworld. Looking back, it was an utter blessing to have been surrounded by that kind of natural beauty.
Hey man, I was in Sardinia 15 years ago with my ex gf, and we spend few days in a vey magical beach where there was like a Hippies camp, it had white round big stones and there was a long path from a near by town to get there, do you know the name? I thought it was Luna, but now that I see the here in the video, is not, I want to go again, since you are form there, you may know? thanks
Hi there! I just wanted to let you know that I went to Sardinia and I followed this video, but I went the opposite direction so backwards. Thank you so much for this video, I went for 2 weeks and this video really helped me on my trip to explore absolutely everywhere. I had the best time ever
Just been in Sardinia at the end of August and I would go back a million times more. I could definitely live there for a few years... The cliffs of Orosei were unreal as well as the clear water. Also the north was breath taking... We went only for a week and was too short. It'll be a "Next time" for sure 🥰 Sardinia has won a spot in my 💙
The video goes straight to my “watch later” list. Plan to buy a boat soon and Sardinia is at the top of my dream destinations. Maybe if I like it as much as I hope I will, I will spend my final years in Sardinia. Thanks mate
Another fantastic video of your's Ryan! The crystal blue color of the sea fascinated me. As I grew in the island with many beaches, I can't stop watching this wonderful Sardinia. Thank you for this enjoyable virtual tour. Greetings from Indonesia. Dina
I've been all around the western Mediterranean but never to Sardinia. You've shown many reasons to go there. Everything looks so pristine even though there are a lot of boats and people. I thought the Porto Flavia mine was a tiny crusader castle at first. Great tour as usual.

We are Sardina in end of August and again most the place we will visit is from Ryan Shirley list. We will go Cala Galariza and Tavolara (the island)we chose from this video.
@@RyanShirley We came from Sardinia. It will be nice if you also add the communication between destinations. The beaches are amazing but the communication is not good for those who can not drive. The communication is not good from Cagliari to the region from where someone can visit Cala Galariza, Cala Sisine, Cala Marilu, etc. . We stayed at Baunei and the taxi to the port was not cheap. The buses are not frequent and never follow time. no sign of a bus station anywhere. Google map was only support
Nice video and list! But don't forget our inland is also as beautiful as the coast 😁 Caves and waterfalls, mountains and forests with ancient trees and monuments, we have it all and more!
Absolutely right! I live here and also do some tours and I can confirm that Sardinia is one of the most beautiful places in Europe! But remember that the roads are sometimes very crooked and a trip from North to South will take much longer than you might expect! So calculate more time when traveling with the car to see all those lovely places from the video.
Great video as always, Ryan. During my short holiday trip several years ago I very much liked the red coastline of Costa Paradiso. The strange rocks of Capo Testa are worth a visit, too.
Wooww what a beautiful mix of NSEO coasts!! It's not an easy job, as Sardinia is full of amazing beaches.. completely different one each other! So you really made and hard job successfully!! Congratulations!!
Just came to Cala Gonone following this video. It is just as described. Incredible Sardinia ❤️ Edit: probably worth noting that there is absolutely no facilities in the calas (the little beaches) other than their outstanding beauty so you have to bring a cool box with food and water. Also everything is reachable by boat, so bring your seasick pills and check the trips at the marina, there are trips with more people: with one ticket you can get in several boats, or rent the whole boat. Also Cala Goloritze is a national park, so the entry is restricted: manned boats do not stop, and to reach hiking, it is also restricted to 200 people
Hey @Ryan Where did you rent a boat for Cala Goloritze? was the process easy? what was the cost? I'd like to rent like you did for 2 people. please let me know
