"Our subscribers are so lovely. They know we don't have a clue. " You gave us a good laugh Melodi with that comment 🤣 The reality is everyone learns and doesn't always get things right. But you learn a few things for the next time 😊 We certainly do!!!! Love that you guys are genuine and just share it like it is.
😆 That's so true!! We were like... we need to do a ticker just like the one we did with the graham wafers on a previous episode! 😆 Thank you for watching!
Happy Thursday Ryan and Melanie @My Wild Holm 🎃 Love watching all you're adventures 😊Those huge windows 🪟 are a very difficult to haul 😑 Those suction cups are the best 👌 My son's own a window door and specialty staircase company in Naples, Fla and I hear horror stories 😮Glad to see how Ryan handled them ! & don't worry Melanie didn't lose me 😂I think it is interesting too 28:5😉 Until next time,Much love from Ohio ❤❤ 28:54
Awww - thank you for your wonderful comments. The windows make a huge difference in that cabin... We were actually living in total darkness for a few days until we put the side ones in... But these ones? My goodness!! 💚
He was so cute! The picture at the end was for reference so people could see what a black bear from the wilderness of Canada looks like (but he wasn't our bear) 💚
Congratulations on your new windows! 😊💗 The challenge of just getting those to your cabin is something to see! Hope you all have had a blessed weekend!
Thank you so so much! I have just flown back to Vancouver after a rush trip to London - back to the island tomorrow... Getting it all ready for winter ❄ 💚
I love black bears. I wish Ryan could have restored the old log cabin. Oops on the tip over, melodi saw it coming! I got butterflies in my stomach with the pickup on the barge lol.
Awesome. Those windows are going to make a big difference in the cabin. Life is about challenges and lessons to learn from. You guys are amazing. Two working together are always better than one. Continued blessings to y’all.
Hey guys. Sarah and I want to know where you got that nice head net system you had on in this video. Let us know. Great video. Could not believe you brought the truck over. lol
Hey there!! Oh yes, the mosquito nets are a life saver at times! We got them off Amazon Mosquito Suit - Net Bug Mesh Pants & Jacket w/Hood for Outdoor Protection from Bugs, Flies, Gnats, No-See-Ums & Midges - Mosquito Proof Clothing for Men & Women - w/Free Carry Pouch a.co/d/iisvbkv Thank you for watching! 💚
I was out there looking at that again this very morning actually... it is more of a steep ramp than an hollowed out "bowl" and I'm not sure there is way to make it less steep other than dumping tons of material onto it, which would require extending the ramp far out into the lake. So far we have been able to live with it by being careful. I may attack this one day though because I agree that it would be nicer to have less of an incline. Thank you for watching! -Ryan.
Sold our kubota svl75-3 after 25 hours. Visibility over your shoulders is nonexistent. I know it has a backup camera. Big liability on sites as a landscape contractor. Great video
We are so sorry it didn't work out but you're right! The visibility is a challenge. For us it isn't too much of a problem, but I can see how it would be a liability issue when working as a landscape contactor. Thank you for watching! We hope you come back to check out more of our story 😃

You are so kind!! See what I mean? We learn so much by watching people like you guys ✋ 💓 it might take us a bit but we are willing to learn...
You should incorporate the cute little truck in your garden/ landscape. Maybe as a planter "box".
Hey!! Another great idea!! 💚
NICE ADDITION TO HOMESTEAD
Thank you 💜
I’ve never heard “yellow strap” so many times in my life 😂😂😂

Oh I really wish that we could build off the cabin. It's in such disrepair... Very dangerous. We would like to repurpose as much as we can though.
