Hand blender repair || How to repair jammed hand blender at home

hello friends,

in this video, i repair jammed (shaft) hand blender with normal tools and remove rust particles from surface of shaft and using 2T oil or edible oil for smoothness at home easily.

Thank you mine needed special screwdrivers but I got the thing working it didn’t have food in it, it was just dry I oiled it and away it went

Thank you very much for this video! Helped me a lot.
I have a German version called ESGE Zauberstab M200, but looks the same.
One needs a Torx TH8 (with hole) to open the chassis.
Inside one needs a normal Torx T8 and a T20.
The knob, which holds the pole was very tight and I had to clamp the pole into a vice to get it to move.
A lot of black crumbs came out.
I cleaned everything, lubricated it with silicone grease and now it works like a charm again.

Cool. I would have sanded the shaft a little with fine emory. This is good tho. Next emersion blender meltdown I will try servicing the shaft myself.

At both ends of the outer tube, the diameter is smallest. Here it could make sense to include a bit of grease. Just try to clean the inner surface of the tube with a suitable needle and release the crust. Too much grease can harm the electrics in the upper housing.
