    Thank you so much. I have spent the last hour trying to get this blade off. I wish they had mentioned the difficulty and your tip in their manual.

    My blade is now at a 90 degree angle. This is clearly not how you remove the blade from a bamix.

      Indeed, if it is really stuck the top part is not strong enough. You can better put the tip of your screwdriver at the base of the blade (closest to the machine) in the little c shaped cutout, next to the pin that prevents the blade to slip. There the blade is much stronger. And before all of this run your Bamix a few minutes in dishwater with plenty of soap, this will help as well to loosen up the substance the prevents your blade to come off.
