Odd that he hasn't been turned pro yet. Robert has the skills, style, and a sick bag of tricks.
I think that will happen soon, now seeing the departure of Diego Najera, can’t believe he’s leaving Primitive so soon... it sucks to see Diego go, but if anyone can fill his spot on the team as a Pro, it would be Robert Neal especially from seeing his progression over the years has been awesome! Paul said himself that he was giving him some time to progress within his team, and I think now would be a good time 🛹

when he places in a contest maybe? I love watching him skate but any dude that goes to as many contests as he does and then becomes pro usually at least places or is always in finals. He must enjoy them which is cool, cuz if I were him Id just focus on the streets.

pierrearr winning or placing high in contests is still the best way to gain exposure and become more marketable so it does matter to an extent.
@@Bjrad55 doesn't matter there are plenty amazing pros who don't skate contests. for example Rodrigo TX. the guy has been consistently keeping up with the progression of skating for 15 years or more!!

I haven't skated in a while but holy wow Primitive have one of the sickest team and make crazy good videos.
One of the more interesting videos to come out in awhile. So good to see people trying something new. Love the long lens line at the beginning. I'm so over trick for trick for trick skater for skater videos. So much more interesting to tell a bit of a story of a specific location. Everyone killing it together.

Primitive has a ground-breaking team. Everyone on there brings something unique to skateboarding. Hate ageing myself but anytime Primitive releases new footage I feel as stoked/inspired as when I first watched Plan B Questionable back in the day.
