I have never thought about cooking pasta in the Aga oven. Presumably you bring it to the boil and then in the (hot or simmering?) oven for 10 mins? I was surprised when you put the butter on the hot hob to melt. I watch it like a hawk on the simmering plate. Lovely video as always. xx

I tend to cook most in the middle of the Aga oven
Hate the plastic fish containers ……I get pretty brutal with a pair of scissors…chopping across the edges two sides and then skewing the scissors slightly between the fish and plastic as it’s so tight …..drives me mad ! 😂😂😂
