I think I'd die in a cold weather climate. The funny thing is that I grew up in Michigan but living in San Diego has made me a wimp for cold weather! Not being able to drive my fun cars year round would be the other reason. Anyway, yes...an axle back is something that I'm looking at. These cars sound so good with just a few minor mods!
Glad to see you're enjoying it man. I'd seriously consider keeping it for a long time given the direction that muscle cars are headed in. Can't beat that 5.0 engine with a 6 speed manual in my opinion. If I can find one for 14-17k near me I will probably go for it when the time comes.
Do it! These cars are a ton of fun and the bang for the buck can't be beat if you're looking for a RWD V8. You shouldn't have any problem finding one in that price range.
Great videos. I've been doing some research on getting a 2012 Mustang as well because it looks like so much fun. Honestly I can't wait for the summer. Being able to cruise down Lake shore Drive in Chicago with a car that both sounds amazing and is a lot of fun.
22,000 for that you stole it,i bought mine used in 2014 its a 2012 CS/GT it was on the lot for over 29k I got it for 27k and change,Ford wants me to trade it in and only offering about 15k I won't do it.
These cars are so much fun. You hit it on the head with cheap maintenance. All I have done is oil changes once a year. I do need tires this summer still have the originals, they have 50000 kms on them or 30000 miles. I enjoy your videos. I will probably keep mine for a few more years. Hope to get a newer one in a few years but I'm very happy with this one. I only paid $25000 cnd in feb. of 2015. The car had 30000 kms on it at the time. I was about to walk away but my wife talked me into buying it because she knew how much I wanted it. Love the car and have to thank wife for pushing me into buying it. I don't think she will be so understanding when I want to trade it for a newer one. I have a few mods which I recommend. Roush exhaust which I already told you about. SVT tuner and a cold air intake. These 2 mods make the car fly. Big difference from stock thanks to the 91 tune. You will notice the change right away. Luke from the great white north eh
Thanks Luke! Have you driven one of the new ones (2015+)? You may change your mind about keeping it if you see how good the new platform is. Next weekend I'm going to be driving around in a 2016 GT (videos will be coming!) and as much as I'm looking forward to it, part of me knows it's a bad idea since it will make me want to trade my 2012.
I better not drive a new one or I will want one. For now mine is fine. I cant wait for May. The car will come out of storage May 1st if the snow and salt are gone. I'm looking forward to your video!
Yes, it does! Not cold enough to snow, but it'll easily get down into the low 40's in the winter. But that is overnight temps - it always warms up to the 60's or 70's during the day even if it gets that cold at night.
Mustangs don't get old , they get classic.
Nailed it. Lol - I totally agree.
My ball shifter never gets cold...just hard.
41 degree in feb is heat wave in ontario
nice lookin car
cant drive mine for 5 months
get roush axle backs and you wont stop smiling

Cold??
Live in canada then come back to me and talk :)
Buying a mustang and only driving it 3000 miles a year is like marrying a hot chick and only doing it with her once! #someonebuyhimacivicsi 😂
What I do when my shifter gets cold is to put a cheap snow glove on it 😂😂😂😂 have the other in the glove box and it makes everything better
Just got a 2012 GT convertible, love it. Can't help but smile every time I crank it!
Enjoy it! These are incredible cars for the money, that's for sure.

Yes, these cars are a ton of fun! Perfect cruisers too, so you're really going to enjoy it. Have fun!

Yeah, 15k is definitely a ripoff - you'd get a lot more selling it yourself!
I'm in! I sent you a message on your instagram. We can make a comparison side by side of a 12 vs 13 in terms of styling and what not
Didn't see your message! Things are a bit busy right now, but yeah, that sounds fun. I'll let you know when my schedule opens up a bit...
I have an 03 Gt convertible but man do I want a 5.0
Step up to a 2011+ 5.0 if you can. It's so much better than the old 4.6's!
The exact color and year I almost got 😢 it sucks being young
Get an exhaust on that thing like roush
I'd love to!
Yet here in Seattle...

And one year after this video was posted i got a 2012 mustang gt for 13k with 55k miles
345casper clean title?
Yeah was it a salvaged title?
Jesus that’s how much my 2012 v6 convertible costed
Damn i did 3000 miles in a little over 3 weeks and still feel I didn't get all the time wanted to spend in the car lol
I envy you! I need to drive more... lol
CANT WAIT TO ORDER ONE!!
Do it! You'll be grinning from ear to ear every time you drive it - these cars are a ton of fun.
Drive And Review I used to live in San Diego and now I love in Boston so much different
