Another great Christmassy vlog. Love the Christmas tree 🌲! We put ours up this past weekend! I love The Polar Express and Arthur Christmas. I also love Father Christmas and The Snowman. I also love Santa Claus: The Movie, but I haven’t seen it in years! I’m looking forward to the new Wallace & Gromit and it’s a long one too apparently!
‘Safety slippers” - love it! 😂 no particular favourite Christmas movie, unless you count the “Call the Midwife” & “All Creatures Great and Small” special episodes
I know!!! So funny!!! 🤣 ooo I love Christmas specials. I especially like ones where they go behind the scenes at Christmas at hotels like the plaza, and savoy! I also liked Sainsbury’s at Christmas and Lidl at Christmas. (I used to work in retail 🤭)
Love the tree and the lights. Sadly I won't be putting up the decorations and a tree this year. Unless I can get some help. I have two movies I like to watch one is A Christmas Carol and the other one is It's a Wonderful Life
I do have a personal Christmas tree that I have placed up with a train set around that that I actually do end up getting some new ornaments the place on there to represent some of the things I was into this year and also one of my favorite Christmas movies is a Christmas story.
It looks good with my eyes too Gem! We won't have Christmas decorations this year as we're moving Dec 20th. Yikes. Maybe Christmas in February? July is too hot (Canada). Undecided.
December 12, and I'm finally putting up my tree and decorating it. It's a Christmas 2005 Coles 90cm table top fibre-optic tree, which uses a halogen bulb and colour wheel in the base to light up the fibre-optics. Haven't seen anything like it at any Australian supermarket since. Can't post links to pics of it here, since I've learned the hard way, from previous deleted comments of mine on your UA-cam videos, that Google auto-deletes comments with links. :( I don't use a star as my tree topper. Instead, I use the 2015 Hallmark Keepsakes "Let It Go" Elsa from Frozen. For baubles I have a small collection of Hallmark Keepsakes bought over the years, to add to the ordinary supermarket baubles and lights. By the time I put everything on my tree, there isn't room for tinsel. I love Daisy's illuminated tinsel on the window sill. That would look great at any time of year. I don't have any real stand out favourite Christmas movie. The closest I come to favourites would be Gremlins, and Die Hard. Thanks for this video Gem, and I'm looking forward to seeing the bake-off. :)
Hi Gem the girls have just put the Xmas tree and Xmas bits on! We have just got back from three days in London it was great and not too busy, Sara’s sister came with us and she done a lot of the vlogging(first timer!) I think it’s going to be shown later this evening, have been unwell and I’m still doing antibiotics until Saturday, so I didn’t have much energy so Sara had to push me around I’m normally self propelled👨🏻🦽😄but I lost all of my energy in my upper body which was rubbish ☹️, my favourite Xmas film is Love Actually but I cannot find it at the moment, my first Xmas movie was Die Hard a Xmas classic, then muppets do Xmas,👨🏻🦽🎅🏻📹❤️
