Hello Stefano! Sure we can. Actually, blender is even more versatile. Besides modeling (and all related stuff like unwrapping, material, and render...) you can do sculpting, 2D drawing, animation, and video editing. But in this video, we just tried another workflow. We used softwares that was specially made for creating material, unwrapping, and rendering.
