I've practiced Ashtanga yoga since 2016. Two years later it was not enough for me just be a student so I did "It's yoga" Teacher Training in Florence. I discovered Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga, Rocket ecc. I'm in love with yoga and I discovered the real potencial of my body in 35 years! It is never too late. I had fun this morning with your video! It helps me to prepare my yoga lessons in English. Iv been doing the Rocket 1,2 & 3 in a studio in Oakland, and just moved to a small town where there's no good yoga; so I'm so grateful to have found this online class--thank you SO much!! I would love for you to pos a Rocket 2 & 3 classes: I'll absolutely contribute if I can do the full practice at home! nice pace and details/modifications!
I've done lots of ashtanga and lots of power vinyasa yoga and the best way I can describe this rocket practice is it's an interesting combination of both. It's like going full circle in a way as power yoga came from ashtanga in the first place. So lots of primary series postures done with modifications. (I guess this is a beginners practice) but also lots of other non ashtanga postures. And a lot less jumping through and back vinyasas. But I know this is a condensed version. I'm gonna try and find a full length one.
I’ve been practicing rocket in a studio setting for over a year now and was always too scared to try wheel. Doing this video at home I actually did it! Thank you! Feeling great.

Even though I've been practicing and teaching for a while, this is probably my first rocket yoga class. Great combination of elements, and what really makes this particular video shine is your bright, genuine energy! btw, it also just happened to be the first time I hold a handstand in good form for more than 20 seconds! Great class I loved it I was sweating in the first 10 minutes! Feel so relaxed and flexible now, its literally not like any yoga class I've done before. Keep up the good work!
Thanks for the class. Very helpful. I do feel some of the poses were rushed and a bit sloppy. And Warrior I was done like a high crescent with back heel up. Perhaps it could be taught as a modified warrior I?

I havent done Rocket sequence in a while as the studio I used to go to closed down. I prefer 5 breaths sequence as it gives you the opportunity to be more mindful. I love all rocket series so great you have these videos up.😀🙏🏻
