Hello,. Do we need to put a lot of ice to achieve that lava look?. I tried it once and did not put that much ice and ended up with having the syrup mixed directly to the milk when i poured it.
The ice helps. The lava mix is heavy and they will sink without the help of the ice.

Latte is any milky drink. For coffee drinks, it usually is cafe latte but these days shortened to just latte. Same thing applies to Matcha Green Tea Latte which has no coffee at all. They are purple tapioca pearls. Purple sweet potato flavoured tapioca pearls.
