What a grafter you are mate you defo not scared of a late finish. Your a top man for helping dave out so he wasn't letting anyone down. You don't get many people like you pal as once it comes 5pm that's it's there off home and they don't care how it affects the person who need the equipment fixed for work. You can tell dave defo appreciates what you do for him. Catch you on the next 1 yeah you will whoop whoop!
You need a costume...like the Riddler...maybe a onesie covered in spanners....The Struggler.....it could catch on duck ...respect from stoke...keep smiling our kid, the worlds a better pkace for you being in it...your dog as well mind.

I hoshed my toolbox out the other day. Bloody rattling so much and no bulkhead to hide the sound. Got in the yard and chucked it on the concrete!! 🤣 Feel the same about the cities too Chris, give me the countryside any day.

Hi Chris….bit busy here with TT races stuff , but I’ll try to catch up, over the next two weeks….those lads In Scottys can kill fork trucks for fun, I had a Lancer Boss in a general builders yard when I was in my late teens, 4 years and still like new when I moved jobs in the yard, used to wash & polish it on a sat morning, if we had time…we had two identical ones…and the other guy did the same, bit of pride in our job, even though we worked them hard…..ahh well, struggle on.mate ….👍😉🇮🇲👌

But its yet another battery platform. If Makita or milwaukee batteries etc fit Kielder, they’d sell tons of kit. I and 90% of others aren’t going to invest in yet another battery platform to carry around and charge.
I have a Kielder wizz pop that I have abused for the last three years and its been really good.
I use a socket extension with tape wrapped around it to align clutches
Don't know you in person Chris but like me you'll never be rich mate because you treat everyone as your mate not customers I hate giving people a price for a job, it's the old just give me a little drink and what's it worth to you, come on how many times have you said that, I prefer the just call it a favour mush than trying to screw the last penny out of someone, but as long as you got enough to live and keep your morals then life is good 👍

Did you top up the gearbox oil? Or replace it?
Sockets/extensions and black nasty for a line up tool, or superglue the friction plate ont flywheel, assemble, then break it free under load, cowboy, but does work.

Clutch bearing is made from carbon, as seen on Morris Minors 🙄👍🇮🇪
Kielder tools are ace, have used em for years, surprised you have not heard if them....used alot by motorsport people...great video as usual pal 👍
I got the mid torque impact wrench, wouldn't break 140Nm so took back for a refund & got the Milwaukee.
I am really surprised Topdon hasn't sent you a battery tester yet, would be useful.

You have passed your monthly struggle test congratulations you passed with flying colours.
Wrap tape around a extension bar so it's a tight fit in the spigot bearing and drive plate to help align the clutch
the dumper, I used to drive one for my dads business for about 3 years. I never went through a clutch or a release bearing. The one you replaced is a old style carbon release bearing. So if you sit on the clutch when getting loaded ect, it just burns them out. when I stopped driving the dumper and other people drove it was a clutch every other month. it used to take 45 minutes in the end to change a clutch or more likely the release bearing. My dad go so fed up of it, he modified it so it would take a bearing in place of the carbon and that dramatically reduced brake downs. Was still to difficult for the typical builder to drive so he had to get a hydrostatic dumper.
Brings back memories that dumper, with rod operated brakes which barley worked, and the unsynchromesh gear box which no builder could figure out how to use. also that back to front gear box, where first is forward and right reverse is back and right, 2 and 3 are on the left
Hard at it as usal mate makita is made in Sheffield well some the stuff im sure its Sheffield if not definitely UK
I had kielder gear it was ok but no power Vs a Milwaukee. Drill was good.

That tool box takes me back to having "lin bins" in the van .....awesome storage but one big pot hole or hump in road and you had 45 mins of a fittings jigsaw and was like a test on "the cube" with no simplify!

Use a long bolt, wind on insulation tape to the size of the spigot bearing and pressure plate.

I had wondered if Kielder stuff was any good. We will soon know - if they dare send any to the professional struggler (or not)!
Chris, i have a Kielder High torque impact wrench. It is the nuts. 33mm wheel nuts quiver when they see that coming towards them. 1050Nm tightening torque, plus up to 1790Nm of breakaway torque. Forget about your Milwaukee's and snap on's mate. Kielder is the way to go. 3 year warranty too.

When I used to change clutches I just used a round piece of wood and adjusted it with electric tape to get a good fit, fit any car and cheap as chips 😂

Killder are ok, but the 1/2” mid power impact would only just take off wheel nuts on pdi vehicles (140 nm). But the drill is ace, metal chuck and is a bit of a wrist snapper.

Chris, I've got a Kielder impact gun, only had light use over a few years at home in the garage and it's packed up. Hasn't had any real abuse and only used a few times a month if that. I personally wouldn't recommend them but that's just my experience and hasn't been used every day. I've gone back to Makita.

I use kielder stuff... Never had an issue so far use them on my lads race bike
I am surprised Makita hasn’t sent you something yet. In our area of Canada we don’t see a lot of Makita anymore, mostly DeWalt and Milwaukee. I started with Makita but DeWalt now.
