    Love the simple stuff Glenn , it lays the foundation to put the combos together every now n then when the fighter is switched on and warmed up. Once again smashed it with a Great video. I keep saving them all 😂

    that's coo, i don't understand ppl who do like 20 punches combinations on the mitts. I mean it is good for stamina, muscle memory, and memory, but it is not directly efficient once you spar.

      I would say those are good for coordination and rhythm/timing. But you’re right its not realistic or efficient when it comes to sparring.

      it definitely can be, got a video coming out about how a 10 punch combination in training on the mitts can play out in a fight, it's with Tony Jeffries, should be up tomorrow
