How to replace your fishing net bag and upgrade to a rubber net // A net is an essential tool in fishing. It's what brings the fish to hand. As with all fishing gear, some gear is better than others. We think a rubber net is best because it doesn't harm a fish's protective slime coat like a mesh net does, and hooks don't get snagged in it like they do in a mesh net. Rubber nets are great but they can be expensive. Here's a way to get a rubber net without breaking the bank!

Nice how-to. Rubber nets are great and save a lot of headache. After the countless number of times of getting hooks stuck, I switched to a rubber net. It's also better for the fish at the same time.

That's a good question! I imagine the net wouldn't last as long and you could have some issues with cracking. If I had to store it outside I'd find the shadiest spot available. Thanks for watching!
