Severe weather including tornadoes, hail and floods hit several areas in Italy, especially the city of Rovigo in the Veneto Region, on Tuesday.
Incessant rain also hit the streets of Rovigo city centre, causing a severe traffic slowdown, flooding of streets and sidewalks and the temporary closure of two underpasses via the Forlanini and Marabin Bridges.
