How stiff is the shifter mechanism supposed to be? Mine is a bit stiff feeling and when all installed together with forks and gears etc it is tough to turn by hand.
Without the springs it should be really easy. The springs are stiff. With that said I’d put the shifter arm on the shift shaft so that you have some leverage and try it. Also you have to have the transmission in the motorcycle since the shafts need the support of right side case to keep them aligned. Let me know if you have any other questions. Thanks for watching and please subscribe if you haven’t.
