@@erinbeggs oh that’s so kind of you I’m doing well I’m two pounds away from 150 down. I hit a big plateau for about 4 months and now I’m loosing again I jumped into Optivia and it’s helping a ton. Now I’m even health coaching for other folks. How are you doing I’m missing your videos.
Someone I know had the same surgery and lost 40 kg. Which was hers and the surgeons goal. Now she is 80 kg but she wants to be at 75kg cuz she still believes she is too "big" however no matter what she does she can't loose those last 5kgs any suggestions?
If she isn’t already, I would suggest writing down everything she eats in a day. You can find some interesting nuggets when you can see how you fuel. Use an app like Baritastic or MyFitness Pal so she gets the real nutritional values. Additionally, measure everything. This isn’t forever just for research. She should be consuming 60-100g of protein per day. If she gets that in then there isn’t much room for anything else. Hydration is also hugely important.
Wow. I've heard about the half for God thing, but the way I heard it was give it to God as trust that He will provide more when you are hungry again. Poor girl.
