Shroud Walk doesn't put you into Dark Sight. For 2nd job stolen skill, Heal is pretty much the best option for bossing because it is basically an additional Power Elixir, except for Heretic/Verus Hilla. For 4th job Final Cut, aim for 50% or more buff duration to have 100% uptime.

Take my upvotes for the Mihile suggestion. Truly the most unique class (despite teeeechnically being a dawn warrior, but not). And such an underrated boss mule.
Its underrated since its a 3m class with mid dpm and nonexistent half burst so no one wants that as a nlomien or even n/ctene mule, but as black heart farmer tho, mihile is just the best
Tried Phantom and found it has too many drawbacks as a solo player: - Hurricane skills (Mille Aiguilles/Tempest/LoTD) turn you into a sitting duck in bosses where mobility is important (e.g. Vellum/Gollux) since you are slowed down and unable to jump while casting. - No summoning skills - if you need to pass Will test/stop Gollux minions from touching the main body, you've got nothing. - Lag time while starting up Hurricane skills breaks momentum (and also puts you at risk of dying) - very clunky for a thief type character. - Low damage. Only selling thing is versatility and survivability - but they only delay your death counts from running out for a bit.
Just like what @kizmirazz is asking. Kain please! That's who I plan on Hyper Burning, and the only video guide I've seen on Kain is over two years ago!
Phantom til now has been the coolest hero and most appealing when hovering the class selection screen, but his skills are quite outdated and non-viable in the Maple community. I would like Nexon to give him some love

Time leap allows you to have permanent echo of hero if you want that extra % without asking on crowded places
